I've been SO tired and bad about cooking at home...trying to prep things when I have energy and finish in the evenings. It's working pretty well. We're not home a lot this week because of a trip to Vermont for the long weekend, but we're still planning salsa verde chicken enchiladas and a big pot of chili to bring up with us.
I need some ideas for EASY yummy things that don't involve a crockpot...the smell of my crockpot really bothers me these days! What's everyone making this week?

@mrsmd1224 We're due date buddies! Also, I have a couple of blogs that have consistently good, easy recipes. The Girl Who Ate Everything has lots of easy recipes. I also have done a couple of good ones from Plain Chicken and Six Sisters.
Tonight is up in the air. It's busy season for us at work so as long as I work 10 hours a day, my meal (up to $25) is covered. Typically I swing by the grocery store and pick up something we can cook for dinner. Why waste the free $25 for dinner on eating out when I can get a few things we need and make dinner?!
ETA: If anyone has crockpot recipes they are willing to share, I would love to hear them! Always looking to try something new in the crockpot
