Preterm labor incompetent cervix

I went into l&d with contractions I was given betamethazone for the baby and a medication to slow contractions. I have a previous 24 weeker, this time I've made it to 33 weeks with a cervical cerclage and progesterone injections. When checked yesterday my cerclage had no tension on it and I haven't had bleeding, The medication I was given to slow contractions seems to be working, but I'm wondering if any other women have had this happen and if they delivered shortly after?
