Hey ladies, I know some cramping is totally normal in the first trimester and all throughout pregnancy. I also know every woman's cramps are different and can change, what kind of cramps, if any have you had? I haven't had much, just a twing here and there, but today 9w2d I'm having a pressure kind of cramp, like someone kicked me square in the crotch lol. This is new for pregnancy but I've had this kind before with periods, like the pelvis itself is aching, not my uterus
Re: What kinds of cramps?
I had a natural mc in April and the cramping I felt then we're on both sides of my ovaries(that general area) at the exact same time. That cramping was kind of consistent (a few days on as off) a a bit like period pains but worse. I also had brown spotting for a week followed by full red bleeding.
(Only thing is this can be normal cramps/pain for some one else).
I now get the odd cramp normally on one side at a time or an odd twinge or short sharp pain around my lower back or rib cage area and that doesn't worry me at all as its nothing like what I had before.
Basically what I'm trying to say is that we're all different and will all have cramps in one form or another and that's ok once it's not accompanied by red blood. Judging from your posts I reckon it's normal, lie down and try (I know it's hard) and relax and take some you time on the couch/bed x
