Hi everyone. I'm Steph. Im almost 6 weeks now. I found out on 12/30 and to be honest wasn't really expecting the home test to be positive. Just been soooooo tired and a friend mentioned that she was tired a lot when she was pregnant. This was completely and utterly unplanned. BUT here I am. I've gotten past my freak out stage and now I'm excited to be a mom. I have to keep remembering im an adult and this is totally normal for adults to have babies haha! My first appointment is on Thursday, and while I know thats early, I just need some answers and guidance. I'm looking forward to talking to some other mommies to be and really having a support system i can ask questions or relate to!

    You will feel better after your first appointment. It's all a learning game your first time around. :)

    My first pregnancy was unplanned as well. When I got the positive test I SOBBED on my bed for like two hours. After a few days I got over it, haha.

    Glad you made your way to The Bump so fast. I didn't post during my first pregnancy bc I didn't find it until I was 3 months in and felt way too behind, but even lurking helped with my questions.

    Our DD was totally unplanned (found out I was 6 weeks pregnant 2 weeks before our wedding that we had been planning for over a year - dress still fit but more cleavage than originally expected

    I'm pregnant with my 3rd and I barely feel like an adult. Congrats and welcome!

    Same thing with my first. With my first pregnancy I bawled my eyes out. Called up my (then) DF and cried. Meanwhile, he was happy. Lol.

    I'm glad you're over the freak out stage! It'll only get better :)
