  There is a wide rage of possibilities as to why this would be happening so no one here can / will be able to tell you 100% for sure why you're experiencing this. You should be talking to your doctor about this. And since you say it is super painful, I would suggest the idea of refraining from sex until you know what's going on.

  ^Agreed - this is one of those "don't ask internet strangers and call your doctor" issues.

  I had this when I had a yeast infection once. I also had vaginal itching in between. I would definitely call your doctor as only they can diagnose you.
