WAYDTGKTFU: OPK , PNV
R/R/CS: I had some pain yesterday on my right side plus I had a positive OPK on Sunday so I'm hoping I O'd yesterday or today because then we have very good timing this month. I'm waiting for a temp rise. I also e-mailed an acupuncture place and I'm waiting to hear back.
On another note I really hate my new job and it's only Tuesday.
GTKY: (stolen from TWW) what's your favourite breakfast food? Avocado on toast with scrambled eggs or eggs benedicte with smoked salmon
R/R/CS: So far I have no issues with side effects from the clomid. Maybe a little whiny/irritable, but less than PMS. I am pretty certain that my cycles are so janky with hormonal imbalance that honestly a round of this probably won't hurt either way.
GTKY: (stolen from TWW) what's your favourite breakfast food? If I could have anything right now it would be a rye or pumpernickel bagel with lox, scallion cream cheese, sliced tomato and capers...mmmm. My gold standard is an omlette with spinach, feta, tomato and onions. Clearly I like savory breakfasts.
R/R/CS: lately I have been feeling so run down and exhausted. I hope I'm not coming down with something.
GTKY: (stolen from TWW) what's your favourite breakfast food? Breakfast food is my jam! (see what I did there... haha) Chocolate chip pancakes or an eclair is my favorite sweet selection, and a fried egg sandwich with cheese and sriracha is my favorite savory choice. And a big cup of coffee with extra cream and sugar, plz.

@wifeinraleigh28 I highly recommend temping. I am also a terrible sleeper and have inconsistent waking times so my chart is rocky but I still see a clear shift and it really gives me peace of mind.
Ooh I'm curious about this period underwear @linnea625 I'm going to look it up... especially since I ruin at least 1 pair every month (ugh) @MRSCORKER I'm also afraid to buy anything that may jinx me!! I'm so superstitious. This is kind of like the opposite of jinxing a BFP though, right?!
@DumbledoresArmy I went back to work yesterday and decided I wasn't ready yet so I called out sick today haha... unfortunately I'm going to have to get over it eventually and get back into the swing of things.

WAYDTGKTFU: Temping, checking CM, peeing on OPKs, BD ED this week
R/R/CS: Completely forgot to temp and pee on an OPK this morning (I have to use FMU to even get the control line dark since I drink so much water- or maybe I have crappy OPKs)... I don't know what I was thinking (I wasn't) since I'm right around the time I should be Oing. Oh well... when in doubt HIO
GTKY: Breakfast is my favorite meal!!! French toast is my all-time weakness but I only let myself have it a few times a year because it's pure carbs and sugar with no nutritional value at all (the way I like it at least) haha... But if I throw some fruit on top, that cancels the bad stuff out, right?
R/R/CS: I had a pretty big temp spike this morning but I don't think its O. My CM has been sticky and I was just really warm when I woke up. The earliest I have ever O'd was CD10 which is still 3 days away.
GTKY: (stolen from TWW) what's your favourite breakfast food? I really love pancakes and french toast. If I am going savory I love biscuits and gravy and hash browns. Pretty much everything I cannot eat right now on Whole30 (except hash browns).

Nobody mentioned that hash browns are allowable under the Whole 30! That could be its biggest selling point! Sorry for confusing temp spike, those are annoying.

Well I am guessing frozen ones probably aren't. But potatoes are fine and you can make your own hash browns from potatoes. No cheese though.
R/R/CS: Had my gynecologist visit today, and it actually went well. He surprised me and said that if I wanted to go ahead and get started with some of the basic testing, that he would order those. So we are starting with a SA for DH. And then a CD3 blood draw for me. He wasn't a huge fan of temping, which I expected, but said that it was good that I saw a thermal shift every cycle, and that my cycles were regular. We are waiting on the SA until after my fertile window, so maybe next Thursday since we have to wait 3 days after BD. The office said to just let them know a day in advance before he wanted to come in. DH is really nervous to get those results. All in all, it was good though, and I'm glad to be doing something proactive.
GTKY: (stolen from TWW) what's your favourite breakfast food? Hashbrown casserole!
Edit because I can't count cycle days.

@severmilli12 GL with your HSG!! Mine was pretty painless (definitely some cramping for 30 seconds but not too bad). Are you nervous about the procedure or the results? Looking back I sort of wish something had been blocking my tubes because they could have fixed it and it might be better than "I have no idea why you aren't getting pregnant after 14 cycles of trying with timed intercourse and confirming O". I definitely am not wishing something is wrong with you.. just how I feel! Good luck and I hope your blood work comes back OK!!

GTKY: mmmmm. Bacon and hash browns. Salty and ketchupy lol
@teamginger13 thanks! I'm nervous about both...probably more about the results tho. I can handle pain pretty well so I'm not too worried about it hurting so bad that I can't handle it. I just don't know how I will feel/react if it shows my tubes are blocked and doesn't clear any of it. Emotionally that's gonna be tough. Its been my biggest fear for 14 months now.

@MrsCorker - I know what you mean about a hard O. haha. I always have O pain, but I felt it extra strong last month after the loss. My BSC told me it means there are multiple eggs in there...I'm sure science and logic disagrees.
Month/Cycle: 3/3 (first TTCAL)
CD: 2.. I guess?
WAYDTGKTFU: Loaded up my amazon shopping cart with $70 worth of TTC "equipment" like opks, hpts, preseed, BBT thermometer. Then I changed my mind and canceled that order. I usually have ovulation pain and a lot of EWCM during the time, so I think we'll just try to figure it out that way for our first month back.
R/R/CS: I guess I go here now. AF is being flaky. I'm so ready to start trying again that I'm just going to be in denial and call yesterday's tiny light flow a CD 1 (even though it basically disappeared today). I know... Not temping, no OPKs, don't even know when my fist cycle day is... I'm a mess.
GTKY: (stolen from TWW) what's your favourite breakfast food? Can I just say this is the best topic of all time? Breakfast is the best, so I have to break this down into multiple categories...kinda like the Academy Awards of Breakfast.
All time favorite, but triggers so much guilt that alcohol or a 10 mile run is required - Biscuits and Gravy Healthy - Banana dipped in peanut butter Semi healthy - Scrambled egg sandwich with siracha (sp?) Best breakfast drink - Iced chai latte Best on the go breakfast - Blueberry bagel with cream cheese Best dinner breakfast- Pancakes and bacon Best breakfast side - Cheese grits
ETA: Best 2 am drunk breakfast: Waffle House hash browns with basically everything on them.
@Xstatic3333 I haven't had much CM the past two cycles - enough creamy CM for me to distinguish but not much watery or EWCM. I have been trying to drink more water but I also incidentally stocked up on green tea at home and am drinking more of it recently and I have been noticing a lot more CM this cycle. Just creamy so far but noticeably more, so I'll be interested to see if I actually get a noticeable amount of more fertile CM. Not sure if it all is related to the green tea but it's good for you anyway. I was actually going to switch to white tea once I run of my green stash, because give me all the antioxidants, but maybe I'll stick with green for a while longer.
I hope the tea instead of beer project goes well! I am also trying to cut back on alcohol and caffein.
WAYDTGKTFU: Temping, PNV, starting with the OPKs soon.
R/R/CS: None really. It's too early in the cycle to start worrying, so I'm just hanging out.
GTKY: (stolen from TWW) what's your favourite breakfast food? Oooh, I'm a savory fan, so eggs, bacon, assorted benedicts, breakfast burritos, huevos rancheros... I guess my response to favorite breakfast food is "yes." Especially if mimosas are involved.
ETA:
DD born PPROM preemie at 36 weeks on 10/1/17 after over a year TI, then 3 failed IUIs, and finally a successful IVF FET.
Due with #2 5/2/19 after HIO once in my FW, because apparently that's how life works now. Team Blue!
@bcooke314 May I ask what your TSH level was? I am seeing that there is some varying opinions on what level of TSH is optimal for conceiving. Mine is above 2 but below 2.5 and I'm wondering if I should be concerned.
R/R/CS: so this is my first month temping...and my temps are all over the place. I have fairly regular cycles (all between 26-29 days) and have predictable CM around days 12-16. FF says that my temps "seem to fluctuate more than usual". But hopefully I'll still see a temp shift...I temp around the same time every day and I don't do oral temps. I try to temp right when I wake up but sometimes I wake up early worrying about my temps being wonky so I have open circles (bc I temp when I wake up as opposed to waiting for the appointed time. This is stressful! I should see a temp jump sometime soon but now I'm worried I won't so I'll have a hard time sleeping. Apparently I'm nuts you all! It TTCC (that's my new abbrev that stands for "trying to conceive and crazy")
GTKY: pancakes but second place goes to chick fil a chicken biscuit.
@rkstro2 I love the new acronym. I think we all can relate. I can definitely sympathize with losing sleep over temps. I've consistantly O'd on CD 15 for the past 3 cycles. This cycle, I woke up early on CD 16 excited to see a temp spike and, of course, I had no temp spike. I couldn't fall back asleep after that so I got up and peed on all the OPKs, woke DH up to BD in case I hadn't O'd yet, and then proceeded to freak out on my WTO post. I woke up 3 times in the night last night ready to temp only to took at the clock and realize it was way too early. I ended up having a lovely temp spike this morning so I guess O just came on CD 16 instead. Sigh...

GTKY: (stolen from TWW) what's your favourite breakfast food? All the foods. All the time. Always. If I had to choose one though I think it would be eggs benedict. Or eggs over medium and hash browns. Or biscuits and gravy. Crap I can't pick just one!
@bcooke314 May I ask what your TSH level was? I am seeing that there is some varying opinions on what level of TSH is optimal for conceiving. Mine is above 2 but below 2.5 and I'm wondering if I should be concerned.
Mine is 2.95, but I called my gynecologist today to see what she thought and she said that's fine for TTC and once I get pregnant we can work on lowering it. So if I shouldn't be concerned, then you shouldn't either Though you can always call your doctor to see if you hear anything different.
@MRSCORKER I'm new to watching my CP and have been agonizing these past couple days, did I O? Am I Oing right now? Am I going to O tomorrow?? I still don't know for sure but I can say that this morning was the first morning - regarding CP and O - ***TMI WARNING*** I felt that the cervix was actually OPEN. Usually I can feel when I touch my finger a little notch or something and I'm all, is it open is it closed, I dunno... but this morning was the first morning I literally thought my finger was going to go right INTO my cervix! I think I actually said, "Whoa!" out loud. Now I noticed real, legit EWCM. And I hadn't seen that yet either this cycle, so I'm going with I am about to ovulate and it's really go-time! but I will let you know if I notice how long before CP changes again.
Month/Cycle: 17th temping / 2 ttc
CD: 18
WAYDTGKTFU: BD, PNVs, temping, charting on paper, Preseed twice for the first time, green tea
R/R/CS: First my rave/rant - I have spent way too much energy talking myself out of ordering most of my newborn stash online today. Like literally have the credit card out ready to go and I am taking so many deep breaths only because we have an aggreement any purchase over $100 we run it by the other person and I just know what he would say if I ordered a bunch of DIAPERS when I didn't even know yet if we were pregnant. He calls it equal parts sensibility and supersition.
QUESTION: This may sound really basic, but I don't use FF so I have been charting on my own here for a while. I know the O happens with the temp spike, but I think I had thought it was when it started to rise from the lowest point, but now I'm wondering if it's actually not till a bit later, once the rise crosses that "coverline"? So anything below my normal temp ranges during FP is still pre-ovulatory, and everything above those normal ranges is post? I think I may have for many months been thinking of it a few days early. Does this all still look pre-ovulatory?

@BusinessWife The general rule is that you can confirm ovulation once you have three temps higher than the previous six. The day of ovulation would be the day before the first high temp. So based on temps it looks like you may have O'd on the 3rd. But with EWCM today, maybe not? I would keep HIO if I were you and see what your temp does tomorrow.
@severmilli12 oooh, I love me some biscuits and gravy, too! That it pretty much the rule when we are travelling in the South. Breakfast must be served with at least one biscuit and a side of sausage gravy. ;)
@strickland8052 you sound like me with the Amazon stuff! I had the exact same conversation with myself earlier this cycle and all I got was the preseed (no opks/wondfos) and I did eventually get the blue mucinex, but it hasn't arrived yet. I figure that's good to have on hand even not for TTC. So that makes it okay.
@bcooke314 ahhh, sooo... I will have to let that sink in for a minute. But you see why I was confused/unsure! And then the open CP this morning, I was like okay, it's ON. And then the EWCM just now, I'm like, Oh, he's totally getting it tonight! lol We'll see what happens!!! I probably should buy all the diapers.
@CajunSnowWhite89 That's what I thought too, but now what is throwing me off is the full-on EWCM Today. If I had O'd on the 3rd, shouldn't I be drying up by now?

I told her more peach/blush/ivory/pastel for mine and brighter corals/deeper peach/orange/sage green for the girls, even though we looked at those - I think I've seen them called circus roses? and we ended up not using them even though they are literally my favourite rose. :P I'm also a little bummed that more of the ranunculus didn't end up in my HAIR (only roses) but that's okay, and ranunculus was his bout because she said the bigger roses are tough to put on a lapel and have it look nice.

Month/Cycle: 3/3 (1 NTNP, 1 TTCAL)
CD: 16
CD: 7
WAYDTGKTFU: lots
R/R/CS: I had a pretty big temp spike this morning but I don't think its O. My CM has been sticky and I was just really warm when I woke up. The earliest I have ever O'd was CD10 which is still 3 days away.
GTKY: (stolen from TWW) what's your favourite breakfast food? I really love pancakes and french toast. If I am going savory I love biscuits and gravy and hash browns. Pretty much everything I cannot eat right now on Whole30 (except hash browns).

WAYDTGKTFU: BD EOD

R/R/CS: I set up an appointment with my gyn for my yearly checkup and to ask for a referral to an RE. We'd like to start going in April when we get back from a big trip, that'll make 3 years TTC#1. And even after 3 years I'm desperate to be ktfu but I'm still scared to death to take that next step.
Last night DH actually said the words "maybe we're overthinking it and if we relax it'll happen" and "maybe it just hasn't happened yet for us." I know he meant well but seriously, Et tu, Brute?
Gtky: WAFFLES!! We had waffles for breakfast this morning! They are my favorite.

All time favorite, but triggers so much guilt that alcohol or a 10 mile run is required - Biscuits and Gravy
Healthy - Banana dipped in peanut butter
Semi healthy - Scrambled egg sandwich with siracha (sp?)
Best breakfast drink - Iced chai latte
Best on the go breakfast - Blueberry bagel with cream cheese
Best dinner breakfast- Pancakes and bacon
Best breakfast side - Cheese grits
ETA: Best 2 am drunk breakfast: Waffle House hash browns with basically everything on them.
I hope the tea instead of beer project goes well! I am also trying to cut back on alcohol and caffein.
CD: 6
WAYDTGKTFU: Temping, PNV, starting with the OPKs soon.
R/R/CS: None really. It's too early in the cycle to start worrying, so I'm just hanging out.
GTKY: (stolen from TWW) what's your favourite breakfast food? Oooh, I'm a savory fan, so eggs, bacon, assorted benedicts, breakfast burritos, huevos rancheros... I guess my response to favorite breakfast food is "yes." Especially if mimosas are involved.
ETA:
then 3 failed IUIs, and finally a successful IVF FET.
Due with #2 5/2/19 after HIO once in my FW,
because apparently that's how life works now. Team Blue!
TEAM: PINK!!
CD: 15
Waydtgku: everything

GTKY: (stolen from TWW) what's your favourite breakfast food? All the foods. All the time. Always. If I had to choose one though I think it would be eggs benedict. Or eggs over medium and hash browns. Or biscuits and gravy. Crap I can't pick just one!
CD: 14
WAYDTGKTFU: checking cm, prenatals, temping and sex
R/R/CS: nothing right now

@strickland8052 you sound like me with the Amazon stuff! I had the exact same conversation with myself earlier this cycle and all I got was the preseed (no opks/wondfos) and I did eventually get the blue mucinex, but it hasn't arrived yet. I figure that's good to have on hand even not for TTC. So that makes it okay.

@beary67 OMG! Gorgeous! Those are actually the roses I wanted! But I guess withe the palette I was still a bit nervous to go so bright, but you totally pulled it off!
Whatevs. :D I could just geek out so hard on wedding flowers it's not even funny. I need to have more weddings and more bouquets just so we can use All. the flowers. What color were your dresses? I love your whole palette!
