I know how you feel!! I have been craving nachos and such, but it's always the nachos with spices and jalapeños! I've been trying to convince myself I can put jalapeños on anything!
@erin7264 - that's how I was with #1 - everything needed to be spicy. I tried putting my homemade habanero sauce on different things for #2, and it just makes me not want those things anymore.
@decoycandy - new trick for grilled cheeses - a thin layer of mayo on the outside instead of butter. wicked yum.
Woke up at 5 this morning and couldn't fall back asleep so I turned the tv on and a commercial for Culver's came on and now it's three hours later and I'm still dying for a cheeseburger. At 8am
@Nerdchild during my second pregnancy I would crave double decker tacos. One time I was coming from a work meeting at like 10pm I went through the drive through by myself and the girl working recognized me (I give public talks for youth sometimes). It was so embarrassing I felt like a high teenager.
To everyone craving salt, I know some pregnancy diets don't recommend strictly limiting salt. It looks like it's because your blood volume is increasing?https://www.bradleybirth.com/diet.aspx
As for me, I just want fish tacos. I was snowed in and couldn't get any for a few days, it was awful.

Mexican food. We've had Mexican for dinner like 5 out of the last 7 nights. And when I'm not eating Mexican food, I'm putting hot sauce on EVERYTHING. I put tabasco sauce on my macaroni and cheese last night.
OH MY GOD YES!!! Even fake Mexican food like Taco Bell (which I normally cannot stand).
On Thanksgiving, my husband asked me what I wanted to eat and I asked for 3 soft tacos from Taco Bell.... I had it with tabasco and it was glorious
I was craving pickles, so I ate 1/3 if a jar...which seemed like a good idea at the time. Until now, because now I have terrible diarrhea. Sorry for tmi.
Now y'all are making me want Taco Bell again. I had it last night. Chicken quesadilla with hot sauce. Omfg my mouth is watering. I have a dr. appointment on Wednesday .... Maybe I can hold out and 'treat' me and baby afterward
When I'm not super sick I'm eating watermelon and craving subs (the vinegar really)...lemonade has helped too Edit: and bacon always...sent hubbie out for it specifically the other day
@Nerdchild, we had Taco Bell on Friday night. And it was delicious. But I did put an exorbitant amount of hot sauce on everything (and then wished I'd asked for the Fire sauce instead).
For a hot second in my area I was able to find something called "Diablo" Sauce at Taco Bell. Black packets, hot as Hades, but oh so delicious! Bring on the heat!
I really think we have this at ours still... Now I need to check that out lol
@Nzamorw I can only handle the 2% kind of lactaid, the other wouldn't sit on my stomach before getting pregnant. Maybe try that one? (The one I buy is blue, with a yellow lid because it has extra calcium. I think it tastes better.)
Ya'll are making me hungry! It's like 3am, but I think I may have to make a grilled cheese, with some Taco Bell sauce.
I had to do a Costco run after I dropped DD at school. I scarfed down one of those turkey pesto paninis they have. It was 10:30 am.
Also- cheesecake. still. always. forever.
I've also been craving salads, which is great since it offsets all the garbage I've been eating (or so I tell myself). It's funny because with DD my major food aversion was green vegetables.
