It's amazing how some pets just know. We also have an 8 year old springer spaniel. He's not much of a snuggler, but he's been my companion since we took him home 8 years ago. Now he won't leave me alone. He's always at my feet. Looking up at me. Occasionally he'll put his paw on my knee. He won't go away. He's been well aware this entire pregnancy
@essentialpeace Lol. They were toddlers, so he was lucky NOT to get the girl name. I think Mastiffs and Danes were a part of the breeding process that brought about the boxer breed. He has the body and markings of a tall skinny pit bull. BIG baby with the family, but wants to eat the UPS man.
My babies get jealous when one is on me and the others are not. Sometimes I have all 3 laying on me at once. I don't know how it will be once baby arrives.
My dogs do not have the ability to snuggle AND be cute about it. In one picture my female squished her way under my right leg, while my male laid on my left leg while over the female dog... ouch. They both weigh over 100 lbs. Lap dogs, my ass.
@ShannyFann they can be such jerks. The only thing that saves them most days is that they're cute... it's all but impossible to snuggle with just one of them. If you get one, you get both and that's a whole lotta dog...
Re: Pets are the best :)
This is earlier on in the pregnancy, but he knew.
