How are you feeling? Sore boobs, peeing all the time, and suffering from a metallic taste in my mouth in the mornings from my prenatal, yuk!

Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes: So ready to go home today! We've been traveling to see both families this year and I'm ready to be back in my own bed and hug my lonely cat. My mothers BF smokes cigars and the whole house smells like smoke as do my clothes. I didn't appreciate the second hand smoke I had to deal with last night.

GTKY- What is your favorite childhood memory? I think just being able to play outside all day til it got dark. I didn't realize how awesome that was until now. Most kids these days want to just play on their iPad
How are you feeling? The nausea has toned down a bit today, but I'm still feeling aversions and I'm still so exhausted.

Pretty much anything with the childhood friends I've known since they were born (still friends with them!)

Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes: I had a very long talk with my parents last night about where DH and I will have the baby. We have lived overseas for 4 years and want to stay another year and a half. It was a hard conversation, but ended well.
I am having lunch with one of my really good friends tomorrow. I had planned on telling her our news but after talking with my mom last night I'm not so sure. My friends and all of our parents are really close and I'm worried if I tell her, she'll tell her mom who will tell another person and so on. But once again, I'm not going to see her again for months after tomorrow and I would like to tell her in person. Tell or not to tell? I can't decide!

Every Friday night my family would order pizza and we would watch TGIF. I miss those old shows!

GTKY- What is your favorite childhood memory? Annual family vacations with my mom, step dad, and brother. I can't wait to start taking our family on yearly trips!

I loved playing make believe with my siblings, playing outside all day, and doing musical theater when I got a little older.

Nov 19, 2015 BFP at 13 dpo, EDD July 29, 2016. MMC discovered 12/29 (9+4). Natural miscarriage 1/16 (12+1).
AMH results 0.42, 1.2; FSH 12.1, AFC 10, dx DOR.
RPL testing results normal. Nurse recommended progesterone suppositories in TWW.
Clomid + trigger + TI cycle August 2016 - failed. Thin lining.
Femara + trigger + TI cycle December 2016 - failed. Thin lining.

How are you feeling? Really good today!
Doing anything baby related today? Nope, but since the nausea has made cooking difficult I'm planning on going to TJ's to pick up a bunch of frozen meals for those nights when I have zero interest in cooking.

GTKY- What is your favorite childhood memory? Taking ski trips with my parents and grandparents. I loved the ferry ride from Long Island to CT, and then the drive up to VT. I never loved skiing, but we always stayed in a cool cabin and I got to stay up late every night and drink lots of hot chocolate.

Doing anything baby related today? had our first U/S! We were able to see the little heart flicker... 116 bpm. We just told my parents over Christmas, and today is my dad's birthday so i send him a picture of the sonogram with a "Happy Birthday Grandpa" caption.

GTKY- What is your favorite childhood memory? Playing pinball and Nintendo with my dad.
How are you feeling? better - yesterday I felt like I had been hit by a truck - so exhausted. Today I feel a bit more like a human.
Doing anything baby related today? counting down the days til our first appointment - two weeks from today! I had a dream overnight that I forgot my appointment and my whole department ended up finding out I was pregnant way before I wanted to tell anyone. These preggo dreams are so real.

GTKY- What is your favorite childhood memory? So many...rollerblading outside, going to the beach every year with my family and eating french fries for breakfast (tradition), building snow forts in the winter with our neighbors, road trips to my grandparents house where I would jump on their jogging trampoline for hours...so, so many. Can't wait for our kid to have similar (and I hope just as fond) memories.

there are way too many to pick! My parents were amazing, so every holiday, vacation, were amazing. And every sport activity they came to and supported me, are great memories I have. I hope I can be half the parent they are to me!

How are you feeling? Fine - before 7pm. I seem to have evening sickness.
Doing anything baby related today? I told my boss. I have an ultrasound and doctor's apt next week, and maternity leave is going to take some planning, so I wanted to give him a heads up.

Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes: I just feel really sick. Each day seems to get worse. I'm thinking of calling my OB and asking for some Zofran. Still really happy to be pregnant though! And looking forward to my first appointment in three weeks.

GTKY- What is your favorite childhood memory? Once a year my parents would always go on vacation. That's what they saved their money for every year. When I got old enough they started bringing me along. They took me to a lot of national parks all over the U.S. and once into Canada. I saw a lot of beautiful places and really enjoyed doing that as a child.
How are you feeling? Sore boobs have been subsiding. I'm glad I haven't had insomnia that few days. That traded off with being incredibly tired and wanting to sleep much more than I normally do!

Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes: I was trying to get ready for work this morning and all of my pants feel super tight on my belly...isn't it too early for that?!?!?! This is my 4th pregnancy and I don't remember ever going into bigger clothes this early. On a positive note, I got a raise this morning!!!
Questions? Can we do a "What's for dinner?" thread like weekly? We used to have them when I was on April 2015 and it is a lot of fun to see what others make and get recipes and things. Helps when you have no idea what to cook!
GTKY- What is your favorite childhood memory? Always having someone around to play with or hang out with. I am the second oldest of over 30 grandchildren just on my mom's side so we always had friends!
How are you feeling? Good for the most part. Other than not being hungry ever I feel good.

Questions? I don't remember the cramping so much from my first. They are pretty sharp pains, mostly when I move quickly, or I've been sitting for a long time and get up. I'm wondering if its already some round ligament pain, or perhaps my ute isn't in such good shape from my c-section and being 35 years old. Any 2nd timer 30 somethings experience this?
GTKY- What is your favorite childhood memory? Riding in my dad's transam with the T-tops off and standing (gasp!) and sticking my head out of them while dad cruised main and we rocked out to Journey songs.

GTKY- What is your favorite childhood memory? Spending time at my grandparents' house. They lived way back in the woods near a creek so we spent most every day, all day running around completely filthy. So much fun!

Since I lived the furthest away from all my cousins (30 min, they all lived in a three mile radius), I spent a week each summer hopping from house to house. The week ended with a big sleepover with all of us at my grandma's house sleeping in our cousin treehouse.

Just bumping today, but will have probably my last of weekly ultrasounds tomorrow as we start new insurance in the new year and the last two scans went really well (had a mmc last time so was allowed extra scans this time). Fingers crossed it's all good as I won't see baby again until January 28th!

GTKY- What is your favorite childhood memory? Evening/nighttime in my neighborhood was awesome since there were so many kids around the same age- kickball in the street, kick the can, so many good times!
How are you feeling? Generally fine. Mild cramping and nausea. A little anxiety about possibility of miscarriage.
Doing anything baby related today? Filled out intake forms for local midwifery practices-- hoping to get a spot, but there are very long wait lists in this area.

Doing anything baby related today? Nope. Follow-up appointment on Wednesday since I measured 2 weeks behind where I should have been based on LMP last week. (Blood work matched whats I was measuring so we think I just ovulated late- would have been 9w1d today)

GTKY- What is your favorite childhood memory? We had a FANTASTIC backyard growing up...in ground pool, hammocks, swing set, and a basketball court and it was just the best place to be in the summer!
