Caught this picture of my golden retriever, Jack, last night with his paw on my belly. I think he ACTUALLY wanted some of my pretzel, but how gosh darn cute is he?!

Anyone else have cute photos of pets posing with your belly, or any good pet/pregnancy stories?

That's too cute! I have two adorable little yorkies but for some reason I don't think they have a clue I'm prego...I thought they'd be able to hear our little boys heartbeat and lay by my belly but they don't...oh well!

I took this one back in October. My Belgian Malinois is always snuggling my belly. It's just harder to get a good picture now that my belly is so big!

@roziek don't worry I don't think my dog knows I'm pregnant either! I thought he would get all protective but he's just a big dummy haha

I have a mutt (any guesses as to what he is?) who loves to cuddle. When I was preg with DD she would kick at his head when he and I would snuggle with his head on my belly. He's a big softie and lazy bum, though, so he would just sigh or let out a long grumble at her rather than doing anything. They're inseparable now- I'm so glad he's such a mild-mannered dude.

I don't know much about dogs but he looks like a pug/German Shepard to me hahah

Kairi used to snuggle with me any time I sat down, but I guess as I ran out of lap she decided Dad would have to do! I try not to let it hurt my feelings too much... haha.

I don't have any cute pictures at the moment, but last night after a very painful walk to the bathroom, suffering from sciatica pain and terrible heartburn, my sweet dog could tell I was hurting and crawled out of his bed and into bed next to me, giving me kisses and snuggling with me until I fell back asleep. I nearly cried it was so sweet.

Pets are indeed the best.

I don't normally post, but couldn't resist this one. My 13 month old GSP has always been a big snuggle bug. She loves to nap with my belly now. Baby Girl goes crazy every time she puts her head on my belly.

No good pictures, but all three cats have to be touching me when I'm on the couch. Usually on is on top of the couch with his tail or paw on my shoulder, one is against my thigh, and the third is lying directly on my chest, with her chin on my shoulder.

We thought maybe puggle, but he doesn't have a coat like a pug or a beagle (it's hard to get a decent pic since he's always moving around haha). Either way, he's a goober and we love him and he loves his little lady (DD) so hopefully he'll love LO too.

@BarrettJ89 he does have pretty eyes!! My friend who had her son last year told me that her dog got super clingy about a week before she had the baby. Weird!!!

@JmadC And @scornwell717 thank you. The eyes come from him being part Catahoula leopard dog (mixed with pit bull), although you can't really tell in that picture... those eyes save him most of the time. They are why I adopted/rescued him. I'm a sucker.

DH's hand is on my belly (those aren't my man-hands! Ha.), and our Dane and Chihuahua are both so interested in baby kicks... It's been so interesting to see their behavior changes throughout the pregnancy. They've been our babies for years, so it's going to be an adjustment for sure...

Our cat has never been a big cuddler, but in the past 2 weeks he waits to get in my lap every night.

He also will cuddle next to me in bed on the morning if I'm not feeling great. He never does that. He's usually screaming at me for food lol

This is my boxer/shepherd? mix Beast... named by my nieces for their fav Disney movie at the time... I am currently soaking my sore hips and pelvic bones, so he is probably laying outside the bathroom door. I'm rarely allowed to pee unguarded. Our Jack Russel terrier is almost 18, and mostly deaf and blind, so she's pretty oblivious.

Mine is named Belle. She is a boxer/bull mastiff/??? Mix. She is named after the same movie. He looks like her from the top of his head!
