Helpful chart! Can't believe I start 3rd trimester tomorrow. I know it doesn't really matter but if I'm 27 weeks pregnant, which is the low end of the 7 month range, should I call myself "6 months pregnant" because 6 months are down, or "7 months pregnant" because I'm in month 7? How do people usually define the months?

So I say what I've completed. I'm 28 weeks so I'll just say 6 and a half months! It's like how you say you're X years old since you've completed that many years.
I round up to halfs if it's a stranger or say the weeks if it's a friend/family. So I'm 30 weeks or I tell strangers 7.5 months. Edit: after looking at that chart, it says I'm almost 8 months! Gulp! I go off a regular calender, not the pregnancy calender I guess.
