Rocking to sleep

We still rock our 8 month old corrected twins to sleep for naps & bedtime. Anyone else still rock tgeir babies to sleep? When should we transition out of this??

    I still nurse my son to sleep. He won't go to sleep without nursing. I figure he will grow out of it eventually. When he wakes at night he doesn't need to be nursed back to sleep so I'm not too worried about it.
