  Copy the link.  Click on the icon that looks like a picture of a tree (beside the smiley face).  Paste the link in the box that says "Image URL".  Then click "Insert".

  It should bring you back to the box where you type your reply and you will be able to see it before you hit Post.

  I hope that helps (I use Firefox on a Mac so I'm not sure how it is different on different browsers).

  What I usually do is type with no spaces.  If you right click a pic and choose "copy image address", just paste that with the img brackets on either end.
