Hello,
I'm 6 weeks 1 day pregnant and morning sickness started hitting me hard last night. I could barely drive my son to school today and go to work. Between the exhaustion and morning sickness I'm not sure how to stay productive at work. I never had morning sickness in my first pregnancy. Any good tips for making it through?

Just in general, my doc has switched up my PNVs, and recommended that I snack all day long. I have also found ginger hard candy or ginger chews help, especially if it strikes suddenly while driving and I can't just eat something.
For me for my first pregnancy!
Sea bands helped, so did hard candies, carbonated water/lemonade, and constant small snacks. I also found that starting the day with healthy fats/protein (egg and cheese) was better than breakfasts that were mostly carbs (cereal and milk). Peppermint tea helped too.
