TWW Starting Week of 12/7 - Testing Christmas Week Starting 12/21

Anyone starting their TWW this week? I struggle so much during the TWW and like to have some cycle buddies along for the ride... :)

I'm on CD13, triggered last night after CD12 u/s showed one 20.5mm follicle from 5mg Letrozole CD 3-7. This time I want to hold off on testing until 12/23 if AF doesn't arrive by then.
Me: 33, PCOS with anovulation
DH: 36, No known issues
TTC since 11/2014
1000mg Metformin daily

Oct-Dec 2015: Letrozole 5mg, Ovidrel, TI = BFN x 2
Feb-May 2016: Letrozole 5mg, Ovidrel, TI, Prometrium = BFN x 3
August 2016: Clomid 100mg no response, Letrozole 5mg, Ovidrel, TI, Prometrium = BFN

    I'm not starting my 2ww, but I am abt halfway through mine. Can I join? We did Femara and TI this cycle (2nd time trying this combo) and I plan to test one week from today. (12/14)

    Hi! Of course! Did you do a trigger too? I'm counting today as ovulation day since I triggered Sunday night.

    I am in the tww with you ladies. Although my iui was cancelled due to a polyp. I was told to still trigger and do ti. This cycle my best response to clomid with 2 great follicles on my good ovary. I was devestated when they cancelled my cycle. :(
    I'm praying the polyp won't interfere.

    I will join you :) I'm slightly further ahead than you.. I plan on testing December 20th ( if I can hold out that long.)
    I triggered on CD 13 with a 26 mm follicle and had my IUI on CD 14. Currently CD16 and in the TWW... I did 2.5 mg femara on CD 3-7.

    @krista537 sorry to hear about the polyp. I hope TI is successful! That's all I do and I do get frustrated trying to time it perfectly!

    @allybeeharvey I have a feeling I will start testing by the 20th!! Going to do my best to hold out but we'll see. Maybe all the holiday activity and preparations will distract me??

    I am on my TWW now too! Last month was my first cycle of Letrozole/Femara, and even though we did not conceive, I responded very well to the medication. Last month I did 2.5 mg Letrozole and a trigger shot at CD 16. I had one fully mature follicle at 24 mm and another at 18 mm and I underwent two FD ultrasounds. This month we decided to forego the ultrasounds and trigger shot. I figured that if the medication is working we might as well save as much money as possible in case we eventually need to invest in IVF or the like. Anyhow, on a digital I surged at CD 14; however, I did not get a surge on a line test until yesterday, CD 16. I am counting the line test, just to be safe. My doctor said I can start testing at 10 DPO, which will be the 18th. I am going to try my best to hold until Monday, December 21st to test, but we all know how that goes..... best laid plans and all.

    Best of luck to everyone. I am hoping this is our month ... fingers crossed. I hope that all of us will be able to receive (and give) the greatest Christmas gift of a BFP! :-)

    I'm on my 2WW. Had my FET yesterday. My BETA is scheduled for Dec 21st. I'm not going to tesr early because I feel like I would just stress myself out more. Hopefully I can keep mentally preoccupied...

    I'm also officially in my 2ww today after a FET. My beta is scheduled for December 21. DH and I agreed I could take 1 FRER test on the 19th or 20th if I feel like it. We'll see.... :smile: Fx for all of you!!

    @LizzieJ13 - no trigger. Went in to see the RE on the 30th and I had one 23 mm follicle and based on my blood work was about to ovulate. So I'm counting that as my ovulation day even though it may have been a day or two after that. Really thinking about testing Saturday because we are going to a Christmas party and I want to know if I should avoid alcohol, but I'm worried it may be a false negative if it's too early.

    @katie121209 that is AMAZING!!!! Congratulations, my fingers are crossed for you that this is the real thing and it is the stickiest of sticky beans!!! Love stories like this!

    DX: Me: High Prolactin, Possible Autoimmune Disease Issues, though RE not concerned (?)  New RE has a plan!!
           Him: Minor Varicocele, low morphology, slightly low count

    History:

    Beta 5/9/2016 BFP!!
    Embryo transfer scheduled for April 28, 2016 and beta test May 9, 2016 (day after Mother's Day!)
    Transfer Meds include: Lupron Depot (4/1), Minivelle Patch (every 3rd day), Estradiol (3x daily), Amoxicillin, Progesterone in Oil, Methylprednisonlone. Lovenox and baby asprin added after transfer. 

    3/22/16 - Sono Saline ultrasound cyst to be aspirated on 4/1/16 if not cleared up by 3/29 US - It cleared on its own

    Just checking in... 3dpo here (based on trigger timing) and feeling no trigger side effects. Have a party this weekend and going through the whole, to drink or not to drink? struggle now!

    @LizzieJ13 my thoughts were always that a drink or two won't affect anything but I know ppl have different opinions.

    I went for my blood test this morning- they had to send it out bc my insurance isn't contracted with their onsite lab but the nurse was hopeful they would know today and give me a call.

    Last Friday my one folli was 20mm with Femara. We triggered Friday night and TI'd our little hearts out. One week into the TWW and I've barely thought about! I've been having fun playing Christmas elf (bought a tree for a coworker who couldn't afford one and had DH deliver it to her house while she was at the office.) We also bought me a new vehicle. Baby? Explorer? Both can be fun right? 

    We've decided if this isn't the month we're moving to the next step with injections. YEAH!

    Praying for Christmas miracles across the board! Good luck ladies!

    @caroline351 It's a pretty good time to be in the TWW! Lots of distractions. And a new car? Fun! What injections would you move on to? As I mentioned above, I'm just doing Letrozole & Ovidrel & TI and I don't know what comes next. (IUI & IVF aren't options for us.)

    Only 1 dpo here on my first Clomid cycle. At my ultrasound yesterday morning there was 1 mature follicle in each ovary, so I'm pretty excited about that. I was told to test on Christmas morning, but I might do it one day early. I don't think I want to be around so many family members so soon whether the news is good or bad.

    LizzieJ13, the doc said we would keep with the Femara and add Gonal F. I've only had one potential follicle each month so maybe it will help? I'm nervous about the costs!

    I'm 4 dpo iui #5 and every month I keep my fingers crossed but nothing :/ I'm taking 10 mg of Femara 3-7 and my body is barely reacting to it. My levels are 10.7 so my Fertility Dr said it was good enough. I'm just not sure why I can't get pregnant when my DH SA is 152million! My Dr. said that he's going to start calling my DH "Sir" lol and that he needs to be knighted by the Queen of England because his levels are the highest he's ever seen. But at least the iui only costs us $209 every month. Does anyone know if there's anything we can do or ask my Dr. before we go to ivf?

    TI - 100 mg Clomid + prometrium (AM & PM) + vaginal estrace (AM & PM) 6-7/15 (monitored) --> no additional response and thinned lining - BFN
    TI - Injectables (follistim + Gonal-F, Ganirelix, & 1/2 dose Pregnyl) + prometrium (AM & PM) 9/15 --> 3-7 mature follicles (3 definites and 4+ that could have matured due to trigger) @ O -->BFN + 5 large cysts

    One baby: Saw heartbeat @ 5w5d (114 bpm; baby measuring 2.3mm)

    Congrats to the BFPs and good luck with your next few betas! 

     6dpo here. Had a busy and fun weekend to take my mind off it it. Still not feeling any trigger symptoms other than very mildly sore breasts. Last cycle they were killing me from the day after the injection which is making me think maybe I didn't do it right!

    Welcome everyone! I tested yesterday and today to see if the trigger was still there, and got BFNs both times. Last cycle the trigger stayed in my system until 11 days after I did the injection. I'm feeling pretty good - not as anxious as I usually am during the 2ww. If I can make it through the weekend without testing I'll be very proud of myself. :)

    Checking in again! How is everyone? I got a Christmas card today that contained a friend's pregnancy announcement... That was tough, particularly after a long workday and at 8dpo. Still feeling like I'm out this month but for no real reason.

    Tested at 10dpo bfn. I'm hoping it was just to early to test. I have beta tomorrow but I'm feeling like this cycle again was a bust. :(

    @LizzieJ13 my cousin sent out a Christmas card announcing thier 2nds birth next year. No fun.

    @krista537 my fx for you that it is just too early. I tested today (14dp IUI) and it was BFN. I was expecting it, but it still sucks.

    Married May 2009, TTC since November 2012 (Together since 2006 ish - had my eyes on him since 2001)
    Me: 32 (33 in May), Him: 37 (January)

    DX: Me: High Prolactin, Possible Autoimmune Disease Issues, though RE not concerned (?)  New RE has a plan!!
           Him: Minor Varicocele, low morphology, slightly low count

    History:

    Beta 5/9/2016 BFP!!
    Embryo transfer scheduled for April 28, 2016 and beta test May 9, 2016 (day after Mother's Day!)
    Transfer Meds include: Lupron Depot (4/1), Minivelle Patch (every 3rd day), Estradiol (3x daily), Amoxicillin, Progesterone in Oil, Methylprednisonlone. Lovenox and baby asprin added after transfer. 

    3/22/16 - Sono Saline ultrasound cyst to be aspirated on 4/1/16 if not cleared up by 3/29 US - It cleared on its own
    Retrieval 3/4/16 - 26 eggs retrieved, 23 mature, 20 fertilized, 14 embryos currently frozen
    Starting IVF Stims on +/- Feb 22, 2016
    HSG scheduled for 1-26-16 - All clear "beautiful uterus" (though inverted)

    Switched clinics and now prepping for IVF in February / March

    Fourth IUI -  CD3-7 100 Clomid w/ Ovidrel Trigger - December, 2015 - BFN
    Third IUI -  CD3-7 100 Clomid w/ Ovidrel Trigger - November, 2015 - BFN
    Second IUI - CD3-7 100 Clomid w/ Ovidrel Trigger - September, 2015 - BFN
    Started Prolactin Medication October 15 - Levels quickly regulated to with in normal range
    First IUI - CD3-7 100 Clomid w/ Ovidrel Trigger - August, 2015 - BFN
    After no BFPs (ever) First RE/Urologist visit in Feb 2015
    HSG w/ OB, 2014 = all clear
    Trying to conceive since November 2012
