Unexplained with (controlled) hypothyroidism and suspected ovulatory dysfunction (but, I do ovulate on my own)
Clomid 50 mg 3/15 (unmonitored) - BFN
Clomid 50 mg + metformin 4/15 (unmonitored) - BFN
First RE appt. 5/15; Natural cycle 5/15 monitored with 2 mature follicles and Pregnyl Trigger (full dose) + prometrium - BFN
6/15 HSG - clear tubes & normal uterus; great PCT test results
TI - 100 mg Clomid + prometrium (AM & PM) + vaginal estrace (AM & PM) 6-7/15 (monitored) --> no additional response and thinned lining - BFN
TI - Injectables (follistim + Gonal-F, Ganirelix, & 1/2 dose Pregnyl) + prometrium (AM & PM) 9/15 --> 3-7 mature follicles (3 definites and 4+ that could have matured due to trigger) @ O -->BFN + 5 large cysts
Thanks all. Not going to test again though. AF will come when it comes. I can't keep putting myself through this. Now I just hope I can convince DH to stay on this journey with me. I don't think I can be at peace with not having another child if we don't try everything we can.
It's a BFN for me. This sucks. I'm a weepy emotional mess. Gonna be a rough day at work.
Congrats @jilligan14 ! I pray all goes well with this pregnancy.
Me (39) | DH (41)
Married: 5/31/2014
TTC #1 since 10/2014

HSG: All clear
November 2015: 100mg of Clomid for 5 days, 1 -75mg injection of Follistim

Course of action is medication and TI May 2016: 100mg Clomid for 5 days, Estrace for 5 days, Mucinex for DH and I during ovulation week, 100mg progesterone & a baby aspirin until I get BFN (so of course I'm hoping to have to continue taking them). DH is now also taking a multi-vitamin with Zinc. Course of action is still medication and TI
I ONLY opened this thread to look for BFPs and I'm so glad I did!! CONGRATS @jilligan14!!! I hope it's something in the air out here in the triangle and that I will be next! So excited for you. Please keep us posted on your beta results!
I'm so sorry @ErikaMG, but I definitely think 12dpiui is too early. I think you should test on 14dpiui to be sure!
I'm sorry for everyone who got a BFN. Your time WILL come.

Sorry for the late response! Up early and was off to the races! Congrats @jilligan14 !!!! So exciting!!! So sorry for all the other ladies who had BFNs like I did. I'm still holding out hope and gonna see what happens over the next 2-3 days. Due to start spotting tomorrow night and AF Saturday so we will see. Temps are still up so I'm holding out hope! Will keep you all posted! Prayers for all of us! Xoxo
I am actually one of the husbands (crazy right?!) of one of the posters on this board. She can expose me as her spouse if she cares to do so, but I will leave it up to her!
This is my first post, I have lurked for awhile. But I think it is time to just say a few words on a couple different pages.
Two things:
1) I admire you all for your dedication, strength, perseverance through adversity and passion in this process. (Naturally, I especially admire the strength of my beautiful wife, who has tried so hard to stay positive throughout the past many months!) I speak for all of your DH's that may not say it enough, that deep down we know how hard it is, and wish we could make things easy, or better, or less stressful. Men (most of them) don't vocalize these things, but I wanted to say something as I read many of your stories and know how much you mean to your men!
2) As much as your DH may not show it, they see your struggles, and see it as you both struggling together. They feel the pressures to some extent too, and it isn't easy. They want you happy, they want to be happy with you as a team, and things don't always go according to plan. So, my advice: don't be afraid to give them a hug and a kiss for no reason at all, just to tell them you love them! It goes a very long way, I promise!
So so sorry @martinez1009 and @roxgibbons I fully plan to have my pitty party of ice cream and wine tonight and then move on. Please take care of yourself!

Congrats @jilligan14 , awesome news. Hearing success stories here gives me hope. I wish you happy and healthy 9 months !! @roxgibbons i m sorry for the bfn and i know how you feel. The idea of giving a break was super scary for me, but actually it feels okay now i had my hsg today, it was shorter than 1 min and painless. I hope everything goes well with your tests and then we can get back to this journey with healthy minds and bodies !!
@ZoeFer! That's awesome so glad you got your HSG done. Did you get the all clear? I am waiting to get AF so I can move on and yes I agree with the healthy minds and bodies. I'm trying to stay as positive as possible and I keep reminding myself that I'm doing everything that I can in my power to make this work.

But i m sure i cant ovulate without medication this month. But i havent talked to my RE yet to discuss the next step.
