So I went for a second opinion today and I'm so glad that I did! The doctor was so understanding and really took his time to gather history and understand my cycles. He also looked at my ovaries and saw that my left one looked poly cystic. If I am not pregnant, (he did draw blood to check) then he is planing to put me on letrozole next cycle as well as a ovidrel and vaginal progesterone suppositories. He will be monitoring me a lot more closely so I feel a lot more at ease if I do have to do another cycle and I'm not pregnant.

@erica0901 if you are polycystic that is the combo that worked for me! I am so excited to see everyone's results tomorrow. I go at 7:30 and hopefully it doesn't take too long to get the results! Thinking of you all!

@roxgibbons well I'm still getting stretching cramps that radiate into my inner thighs, I keep getting sharp shooting pains in my boobs and I have lower back pain... I always spot before AF even when I'm on progesterone and so far nothing..... So some signs are typical AF signs for me and some are unusual ... Who knows!!! Truth will be revealed tomorrow and Im so scared because if it's negative I'm gonna have a terrible day at work again .....

@ultratomato it will be here before you know it. A little bit of me is sad that the TWW is over. It's been fun to think of the idea of possibly being pregnant!

@mando15 Well this is my first round on injectables and we did the iui Black Friday so I'm not sure when they will test me. I'm supposed to get AF on 12/11. In the past they would have me wait for AF to come with she did on time for the last three iuis on clomid

@ultratomato this is my first IUI and I also used injectibles. I didn't respond at all to clomid or letrozole on its own. The injections seemed to do the trick! We had our IUI on Sunday so I'll probably test 13dpiui which would be 12/12. FX for you!
How have you been feeling so far? Are you on any progesterone supplements?

@mando15 yes taking the progesterone supplements twice a day. Well I had cramps in the beginning and sometimes my boobs and nipples hurt but it could all be in my head. What about you?

@ultratomato Not really much of anything yet. But I just started my progesterone today. Got a week and a half to go! It's going to take forever! I need to find myself a hobby other than the bump obsessing

I was wide awake beginning at 3:30 of course thinking about 'what if I'm pregnant?' and 'what if I'm not pregnant?'...the struggle is real!!

@erica0901 totally! I keep thinking about how I'm going to surprise DH with the news when he gets home from work if I'm pregnant. Then I reprimand myself for thinking about it bc it's getting me excited. Then I think about starting all over and get upset. What a roller coaster! I feel crazy! When do you get your results from today's blood draw?

Late to join in. I am just beginning the 2 WW. We are doing Femara and TI this cycle. So not 100% certain of the date of ovulation, but will test around 12/14 per the RE. Congrats to those that have gotten their BFPs and hoping to hear lots more tomorrow!

I agree with all the comments about this whole thing being a rollercoaster! I didn't sleep well last night so I'm hoping I can get some sleep tonight. I'm so anxious to know what's going on inside of me! I can't believe so many of us are testing on the same day! It's finally here!! Good luck to everyone!! Fingers crossed we get flooded with BFP's today!

@erica0901 AF was 3 days late last time I quit my progesterone, but I think it's different for each person.

I agree with @riveridgional 12 days worth?? Woah. I get 60 tablets and am already on my second supply after using up last months supply.

Ok everyone.... I'm up super early with insomnia about ready to take my test. Today marks 13dpo for me and my temp stayed up again this AM. So nervous.....so before I dip my stick, I wanted to just wish all the ladies today testing GOOD LUCK! Fx for everyone! Thank you to everyone who wished me luck as well! If the spotting I had 2 days ago was in fact IB, I'm not expecting a BFP just yet, but gonna try! Xoxoxo I'll be back shortly to let you guys know what my test says..... Eeeeekkkkk!

@erica0901 your new plan of attack was almost exactly what my doc had me do. I had one addition, viagra suppositories to help my UL thicken up on the front end pre O. Fx you won't need it and that your test comes back a BFP today!

Well... Nothing yet (BFN). Starting to wonder if my hormones are just messing with me and that's why I spotted 2 days ago. But not out yet... I know that I have a resting HCG level of about 1.55 so if the spotting was due to implantation, I shouldn't really expect it to show until Saturday when AF is due. Gonna hold out hope bc my temps are staying high! Fx for everyone!

POAS this morning (12dpiui). BFN. Can't stop crying, am just a hot mess today. Need to pull myself together for work. This sucks so incredibly much. And now DH is wavering on whether he even wants to keep trying. I just wanna crawl in a hole right now.

@erica0901 - so sorry for the BFN but I'm glad you have a new plan of attack. Hopefully AF comes soon so you can get things started. Fingers crossed for you that your next cycle gives you your BFP!

@ErikaMG - I'm so sorry to hear this!! 12dpiui might be too early still (if you implanted late). I wouldn't give up hope until AF shows up. Do you have any chocolate treats to get you through the day? I pretty much binge on chocolate whenever I get a BFN and it definitely helps. Sending you lots of hugs!

***BFP warning***

I took a HPT this morning at 14dpo and it was a BFP! I seriously can't believe it! I hardly had any symptoms so really thought I was out (although I did start getting some nausea, headaches and more cramps last night but didn't want to read into it too much). I've had 2 losses before so am freaking out a bit (okay, a lot!) but am also really excited and shocked and in disbelief. It's a mixed bag of emotions right now. I'm waiting to hear back from RE's office about when to go in for a beta. I'm praying that my numbers are doubling correctly and that everything looks good.

My heart goes out to those who are getting BFN's. I've had nothing but BFN's for the past year so I know the pain all too well. I'm really hoping we get some more BFP's soon! Good luck ladies!
