My SIL specifically planned the shower to be before our football game that was supposed to be Sunday Night Football..Just read NFL bumped it to earlier in the day in favor of another team..which will be during the actual shower. Joy.

We're a football family. I'm really annoyed.

We tried to put up Christmas lights last night but we have so many strands that are half out that we could only do a tiny bit. We could twist some together to basically make one full strand but what a pain that is to have to coordinate the power to both cords. If anyone has a secret to fixing half out strands of lights (without testing each bulb individually), I am all ears.
Also, tail bone and hip pain are about to drive me bananas. I can't sit down or walk without my tailbone screaming at me and I can't lay down or my hips start shouting. Ugh!

I have to fly to D.C. for a work thing this week and will be gone three nights (live in Texas). I AM NOT looking forward to smooshing myself into a seat on a Southwest flight. December is not the time of year when I want to be gone from home for four days and especially not in my 30th week of pregnancy. And I won't get home till late afternoon on Saturday so that's half my weekend. Ugh

Everything hurts. I think my bump has grown a lot really fast, so I have a lot of RLP and stretching pains and my skin feels stretched to the max, my back kills me no matter what I do, my feet hurt when I'm up and about, and my hips hurt when I lay down. Sob sob sob.

Baby keeps poking me right behind the belly button today. It feels super weird. Also, we are visiting H's parents later this week for 5 days. Our bed while there will be a very uncomfortable pull-out love-seat. So looks like I'll be getting a prenatal massage next week at least.

Lastly, I'm not looking forward to sitting on a 6 hour nonstop flight while 29 weeks pregnant, or waiting forever for TSA to give me my special screening at the security check, which has made me almost miss flights twice now and brought me close to tears with frustration. Wah wah wah!

My pregnancy induced carpal tunnel is so bad I could barely button my pants this morning. These pants still fit, but I might be switching over to all maternity pants just because it's hard to grip anything with my finger tips. I also dropped my Tupperware container full of my lunch today because of it. I would have cried if there hadn't been other people in the staff lounge.

So I decided on a crib a few months ago but a few days after I decided, I checked on every single website I could find and it was sold out! So I figured I should find a different one. Well a few weeks later I checked on it and it was in stock on one website, but we didn't have the money for it. Long story short, now that I have the money for it I saw that it was in stock on Saturday, I go to buy it today and it's out of stock AGAIN! I don't understand why they are running out so fast! I'm hoping they get it back in stock soon because I'm getting pretty annoyed!! I just want this stupid crib hah!

I am having such a hard time sleeping at night. I miss sleeping on my stomach. I have a small bump for being 30 weeks but have tried to manuever pillows every which way possible and its just no good! Plus, little girl decided to kick and move most of the night waking me up on and off. I am trying so hard to sleep on my side, but now my hips are hurting!

Im also trying my best to get into the holiday mood buttttt i just dont feel like putting up a tree and decorating. With everything going on around our house with my step kiddos and preparing for baby

Can I just put a poster up and it act like a tree?? lol

I am getting sooo stinking emotional... about everything! baby, kids, husband, dogs, job, money, car!

Mine is the same as it has been for weeks. I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired. On Halloween I caught a stomach bug, lasted a few days. Got a cold which turned into a sinus infection and bronchitis. Got an antibiotic, which caused yeast infection. Got meds for that. Bronchitis worsened and turned into pneumonia. On antibiotics for that and woke up with another yeast infection. I give up! I'm so worn down physically that it's affecting me mentally. So much to do before baby comes but I can't do anything without wheezing/coughing/peeing my pants!

Just put our tree up this weekend and went to the garage today to get our decorations out and just realized that our christmas box was one of the boxes stolen when our garage got broken into this past summer during our trip. When we came home during the summer it was hard to distinguish what was taken because our garage was unorganized and kind of cluttered. Now is the fine time to realize our christmas decor was taken. *Sigh* why do people have to steal ornaments that have no value except to the family that owns them? Now to slowly collect decor again, womp womp womp....

I hate working all of a sudden. The girls I work with act like children and I get stressed out the minute I walk in there. Maternity leave can't come soon enough!! Oh and that whole restless leg thing I keep reading about? Yea that's awesome..last night I was either up because of my legs, or because of little man kicking my stomach..goodbye, sleep, it was nice knowing ya!

@mamacastro that is literally the WORST! I'm so sorry! I hope there was nothing irreplaceable in it. My dad has his grandmas (so my great grandmas) favorite ornament and he keeps it in his room because he's afraid of it being stolen. It's right next to his shot gun!

My 3 year old refuses to use the freaking potty anymore. Outright refuses. Spent the day pooping and peeing in his underwear and refusing to relieve himself every time I put him on the potty...which turned into every half hour just trying to catch him before he peed again. I also got to spend the day unpacking our minivan from our trip this past weekend and cleaning up all the random junk left over from the 13 hour drive back home with a car full of kids. Plus normal daily laundry, dishes, and all that. Blah, is it bedtime yet?

I went away last week and forgot my coco butter..... two days into my trip I got stretch marks

ugh. I knew it was only a matter of time but I'm sure all the dry air and the lack of lotion helped them along. Also, this kid is living in my ribs and I'm over it! Move down already!

Hip pain when I lay down is making for restless nights!

Maybe TMI, but here goes: My old belly button piercing has been closed up for about 5 years. This morning I get out of the shower and it is red/purple with puss coming out both holes. A quick Google search revealed this is very common as the skin is stretching and the holes open back up slowly and get infected. Gross!

Mine is in pretty far down. I miss when she was in my ribs, sure beats a kick in the crotch!!

Not baby related, but I'm irritated at my boss and coworkers today. We decided to adopt a couple of kids as a group and get them a bunch of Christmas presents, so I took the lead on the project. After seeing the deadline for the only local program like that was 12/9, I suggested doing Toys for Tots instead since the deadline is 12/13. Everyone starts getting all pissy and the only thing they have cited as a reason to be irritated is that we won't be able to actually bring the presents to the kids and my boss wants to take pictures. I'm sorry, is this a publicity stunt or do we really want to do something nice for the kids in need? I'm about to just decide for the group and tell them to suck it if they don't like it

@ashton2190 I wish I knew the name but there's local programs that families can choose other families from and deliver them gifts, my friends family did it every year.

Okay so I know the main thing ladies complain about while pregnant is the whole constant peeing thing...but OMG. There is so much pressure on my bladder it's not even funny. I have this sensation like I'm going to pre myself if I don't go right away and it's like 4 drops that come out.

I don't have trouble getting comfortable since I have always been a side sleeper, but waking up constantly to pee has me losing out on much needed Z's.

Since I am encouraged to bitch here, I'm also getting frustrated that I can't set up our daughters nursery. A friend of mine is subleasing her apartment to us and has some of her furniture in there. I have until mid February and since she is doing us such a big favor I don't really mind, it's mostly my nesting that is driving me bonkers. I didn't realize just how real that was!

Lastly, I'm due to have a transplant precodure preformed on my eyes following delivery. The closer I get to having her the more stressed out I get about being a FTM and learning the ropes practically blind until my transplant. And then, I find myself worries about the after math. I don't know how I'll feel, how soon my vision will be restored etc. and like all procedures it has risks. Risks which seemed way less scary before I was a mom, with a daughter who I might never see again if this transplant rejects. I'm not religious really, but if anyone could take the time to read this and send out "good vibes" I'd really appreciate it.

My first lived up in my ribs and I had a lot of trouble breathing. This one is way down in my crotch and to be honest, I'd take the crotch kicks any day over having her up in my ribs any day lol. When she drops in a few weeks, I'm not really sure where she'll be able to go lol

I just don't want to finish out my last two weeks of student teaching. My doctor took me down to half days, so I'm going in today for only 4 hours and meeting with my supervisor from the college to sign all of my paperwork. Nothing would make me happier than hearing her say that I don't need to worry about coming in for the rest of the time, but I don't think that's going to happen. I come home every day with intense pelvic pressure, tingling hips and feet, and contractions, and while I appreciate going down to half days, it just makes me feel that much more against going at all.

Well first I had to wait an hour today before seeing my doctor for a whole 5 min. Plus I had my cranky two year old with me
I'm bummed that DH and I could of gone to Hawaii for a week for FREE through his work. However the trip is a week after my due date:(
DH doesn't take potty training seriously and now that I'm working at night he's with DD during that time. Well yesterday I had her in underwear all day(usually she's naked) and she only had two small accidents. He just put a diaper on her so that's all she wants to wear today!!!!

Into my second week of insomnia. Last week it was ok because I was off for most of the week. Last night I got 4 hours sleep and I'm dying. I just can't get comfortable and then switch my brain off. Or I finally get comfortable and I have to pee. I'm over it!

That's originally what we wanted to do but since we decided to do this so late, it doesn't leave much time for people to bring things in. I'm just irritated that people are acting like the only reason to do it is it be recognized for it. That's not the point and the fact that my boss/coworkers don't recognize that really hurts my soul
