Anti-wrinkle cream safe for pregnancy?

Hey ladies...have any of you done any research on this at all? I was using a product that I don't feel comfortable using while pregnant and I miss it. I can already tell my forehead wrinkles are returning. I've done a quick Google search, but just wanted to see if any of you have tried anything you like and recommend.

I'm no spring chicken so I can use all the help I can get. ;-)

I'm trying to find something natural that still works...maybe it doesn't exist since wrinkles are technically natural. Ha

Coconut oil + almond oil + olive oil mixed and a hot wash cloth to steam it into pores is my favorite natural recipe for soft supple skin. I started using it by recommendation from an older hippy friend with gorgeous skin. Hope this helps!
