I'm an avid reader and would love to know what everyone else suggests. I'm not just referring to informational pregnancy books but fun, lighthearted ones as well. Thanks in advance!
I enjoyed "Let's Panic About Babies!", lol. For a more serious/helpful read, I can't recommend The Happiest Baby on the Block highly enough. I'm also reading The No Cry Sleep Solution right now because we have such a hard time getting my toddler to sleep, and I wish I had read it a long time ago
The Girl on the Train, My Husband's Secret...both good, easy reads. I found them hard to put down!
Also, if you read [& liked] Gone Girl, I'd also suggest Dark Places & Sharp Objects by Gillian Flynn.
ETA: I totally misread your initial post & thought "fun, lighthearted ones" meant any book, hahaha! I'm going to blame this on my complete exhaustion this week.
The Girlfriends Guide to Pregnancy is awesome! (I also still stand by my other suggestions if you're looking for something non-pregnancy related, lol).
I enjoyed The Girfriend's Guide to Pregnancy (read it on your recommendation, @DeePaddy24!). Lighthearted, candid, funny approach to pregnancy, labor, and after.
Expecting Better is great for ftms or ftds. Very informative on the restrictions on you when you're pregnant. She goes through all the things you're told not to do, explains the research, and then states what she did with that information. I thought it was really interesting, and I'm not choosing what she did necessarily. Loved it and calmed my husband down a bunch.
I've also heard Baby Bargains reccomended a lot- I haven't read very far but I like that they lay out your different options, safety ratings, and what will be cheaper in the present and in the long run.

You are my book soulmate that's my list of favorites. Definitely a little dark and twisted but amazing!
I loved The Girl on the Train. I also like the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon, The Magicians series by Lev Grossman, The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern, The Rook by Daniel O'Malley, and of course I love Harry Potter and The Lord of the Rings series.

Have you read the Dublin Murder squad books by Tana French? You would probably like them.
DS 9/2/13 was a BFP from an IUI! Triplets due 6/29/16 also from an IUI!

I highly recommend Husbsnd Coached Childbirth. It's a Bradley method book but even if you are not trying to go natural or doing Bradley I still think it's worth checking it out. It's kind of an odd name and you would think it's ALL about the husband coaching but it's not at all!!! Very informational about birth and even gives exercises for pregnancy to help ready your body for birth. This is my third child and I'm reading it for the third time
