I really wasn't expecting anything else, but I realized I had brought more Wondfos on this trip than I thought, and, well, that happened. glad your temp is up, 5DPO was still early for any kind of significance in a dip, I think, so good call on *trying* not to read into it. @mrsE2015 - thanks! Yeah I think there is just too much going on and to throw in a shower right BEFORE a major holiday is just asking for people to forget. Oh well, not going to sweat it at this point.

@bcooke314 I think you are having a Sawtooth Rise. From the FF lessons it says "In a sawtooth rise pattern, the temperatures may rise, fall slightly, then rise again for a few days. This is a frequently occurring pattern". I just did this lesson the other day so it was fresh in my mind, haha. Hope this helps.

@nwegman7878 That gif is hilarious, also FWIW this is my first cycle with a clear shift - usually it's a slow rise for me too. I think that's normal.
@bcooke314 That's where I'm at too - I'm cramping and definitely feeling PMS symptoms, I keep telling myself it's from AF and not from anything else because that would be too early for symptoms. Also, that gif is amazing.

At least I am much more confident in my chart and it is a much more obvious temp shift and solid smiley face opk too.
