I talked to a lactation consultant and she said cabbage leaves... So I guess I'll be going to the store, this just seems weird lol

My LC said to eat sage. She told me to avoid it this thanksgiving since it's what they tell women who want to dry up to eat.

Yea I heard of sage, wasn't sure if I just eat the spice or it needed to be something specific...
