I lost my baby today.

I miscarried this morning. I knew from bloodwork that it was coming. I had some high hopes. Tuesday I started bleeding and went to the ER, we had a sono, my husband was able to see and hear the heartbeat. My HCG was normal but on the lower side. My doc was able to see me Thursday (a new doc, the practice I had seen for years had stopped OB about a year ago so wouldn't see me). I had had an appt scheduled at the new MD for next week but was grateful they saw me earlier. They ran BW and while my levels should have at least doubled, it went up 60 points. She told me it was a waiting game and if my body didn't miscarriage by Tuesday they would consider other interventions. I lost my baby this morning. I would have been 8 weeks Monday. My heart is broken. Does anyone know of support groups either online or other?

So sorry for your loss. Hugs There is a ttgp after loss on the bump. Many ladies over at ttgp have been through the same thing as well. They have some inspiring stories.

I'm so sorry...I lost a baby in February of this year and I was just shy of 8 weeks as well...there's nothing anyone can say that will ease the pain. You will always be a mother to that baby, some babies are just too beautiful for this earth. You are mommy to an angel. Thoughts and prayers are being sent your way!!

I lost a baby back in June. The doctors kept saying I was going to, said that for about a month... I didn't want to believe them until it finally happened. I was about 9wks. Regardless of what the doctors said and you knowing what's coming, it doesn't make it any easier. I know how you feel. Hugs and prayers to you and your family. I'm so sorry for your loss. I did not seek out support groups on line so I cannot send you anywhere but Google and do a search. They are out there.

Stay strong, you will heal from this and move on, but you will always remember the baby you never got to meet. My heart goes out to you.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I had a miscarriage in June and I know how devastating it is. I found support on the miscarriage and pregnancy loss boards here, in books, and with a counsellor. I am on my second pregnancy now and doing ok. Please know that the pain and sadness of losing your baby doesn't go away, but it does get better. Unfortunately there are lots of us women who have experienced this out there. There is lots of support. I wish you the best and hope you get your rainbow baby soon.

I am sorry for your loss, if it hasn't happened yet you will no longer want to hear that from people. But that's good it means you are ready to start the healing process. I miss carried before on my first pregnancy and it does get easier. There is nothing you did wrong and that's what really matters. Good luck and please do not give up on the hope of a beautiful addition to your family.
