I saw a thing on Pinterest where you start an email account for LO and send emails to them then at whatever point you're comfortable with you give them the info for the account. I'm considering the idea over a journal. Mostly because I can write a short email during down time at work easier than remembering to actually journal. Food for thought.
I have The Pregnancy Journal: A Day-to-Day Guide to a Healthy and Happy Pregnancy. Its by A. Christine Harris, Ph.D.
I like it because there is something to read every single day about baby's development and it has other fun facts and lets you know about your nutritional requirements. There's a spot once a week to record your weight/waist size, a spot for mood, cravings, energy level, morning sickness, etc. and then a once a week spot for miscellaneous notes. There's also a whole section at the front with a bunch of questions for you to answer (more if it is your second or third pregnancy).
