I'm sure you all look beautiful ladies! Mine has just started to round out the last few days and I can no longer suck it in. This didn't happen until around 16 weeks with my first!!!
No real bump yet since I'm 9w2d, but I feel pudgy & my clothes are fitting tight. Majority of the time I feel like Po from Kung Fu Panda... saw this display today at the movies & it's spot on! (went to see The Martian; it was really good!)
I'm 11+ 1 today and noticed that my baggy Piko shirt shows my belly now. Those tops used to be my go to "fat day" shirts. I can tell I have a tiny bump but I don't think anyone else would notice.
I'm so self conscious I'm a little on the overweight side so there is no way I will ever take bump pictures because a) I just look fat and. seeing all you skinny minis with cute bumps make me even more self conscious
I've developed a food baby in the last few days. Whenever I eat a meal, I have a quite pronounced 5 month pregnant looking belly for the next hour. *sigh* But no legit baby-bump.
@lindsayleigh1989 I feel your pain! I'm overweight too. OP's legit baby bump is like my normal tummy size. Sometime I'm hesitant to tell a new person I'm pregnant for fear they'll say I look it! lol. Nope, just 10 extra pounds chilling on my midsection. Someday we'll have baby bumps to show off!
OP your bump is adorable and I'm jelly! (like a donut)
Ladies I bet your tummies are just gorgeous! Embrace it all. I'm very tall and also curvy, I have a butt and hips but luckily enough have a pretty flat tummy. I have had just bloat up until about 3 days ago but now it doesn't go away. My obgyn told me with your second you tend to show earlier too.

Right there with you girl! I'm 5.10' and usually wear a size 14-16. This "blump" is just making me feel even more self conscious and huge lately. My scrubs barely fit me anymore and are so uncomfortable. I sing for my church band and I had so much trouble this morning figuring out what I can still wear and look cute. I'm afraid of how huge I'll look and feel at the end. I know it'll all be worth it though and I know that I need to speak life and positivity to myself and towards this baby. Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes.
Same here, my baby bump will be hidden for a long time under "blump" I told my hubby I didn't want to tell work until I was like 5 months along, and he thought I'd be showing by then and I'm pretty sure I will barely be. At 9w3d my regular clothes aren't even a little tight yet.
I'm 11 weeks and 2 days and my uterus has definitely come up and to the front. It's tiny but hard as a rock and I wake up every morning with it now! Very excited!
I am 11w2d and wanted to make it to 14 weeks to tell work. But there is NO way that's happening. My bump looks a lot like yours.
Right there with ya. We're on our way home from our reveal shoot and the photog asked when we're going to announce. I told her as soon as she can get them to me!!! I'm running out of baggy clothes to wear to work!
Wow.....shock horror, underwear! This is a board for women, read by women. In another post a woman showed her bump in a black tank top and black girl boxer shorts and someone called it pornographic! You could only see tummy. You see far more in terms of boobs and butts when you go to a beach and a lady wears a bikini! What do you do then, stumble down to the sea with your eyes closed? If you are that prudish, it's going to be tough actually giving birth when you have legs akimbo for the world to see. It's simply a case of if you can't be nice, say nothing!

There's a discrete way to show off a bump, and then there's posting a picture of you in your lower body in underwear on a public forum asking people to check it out. When I'm at this beach, I'm not staring at other people close up, I'm enjoying my time with the people I'm with. Plus, I'm expecting it if I go to this beach. Not expecting it in my home when I open a thread.
I don't think anyone here is "prude-ish", I think it's the fact that a complete stranger is posting a photo of their bump, in underwear.... We don't need that. Put some damn pants on. The last thing y'all need to see is my bump in my panties. Granted they are cute panties (I'm a Victoria's Secret panty snob... ) but still. Not the point. Put some pants on.
And to jump in, @Atlast111 I'm not sure I would call what the girl was wearing in the other post you referred to "boxer shorts". They looked like this cheeky panties from Victoria's Secret. If you can show off your bump with pants on, why insist on only wearing skimpies? Just because it's an all women board doesn't mean any of us want to look at half-dressed women. Just sayin'.
I haven't seen the bump dress code guidelines but I'm guessing it is upto the bump administration to police this! It's a shame that bump threads get shut down over this everytime!
If you don't want to look, why keep coming back to the post? Sorry y'all, nothing indecent here. I feel like this is the same kind of shaming ladies get for breastfeeding in public. 'I can see the curve of your boob above that babies head you filthy overly-exposed hussy! I know you have a nipple there!' shouts the woman with the low-cut, too-small top and push up bra.... Am I right? The point isn't the attire, it's whether the intent is sexual or not. Neither the black sporty poster or this op are intending to be sexy. They are being proud. I'm on team 'rock your roll'.
Either way--it is not supportive of our fellow bumpie OP to attack or make fun of her attire, even if you don't approve of it. This is a support forum, be supportive!
How do we know it is only women on this board? What if there is some nasty lurker who is now getting his rocks off to a picture of a little bump and some panties. Yuck. No thanks. We could have seen OP's cute little bump just as easily in leggings or jeans or work out shorts..
Ummm....not expecting skin on a bump thread.....ok!
Skin on a stomach, okay. That's not unexpected in a bump thread, bit skin of everything not covered by underwear? Not so much. The picture would have been totally okay if she just put a pair of pants on. I wouldnt go walking around my neighborhood in a shirt and underwear because its inappropriate, why would this be any different?
Also, many places have rules requiring a coverup if you aren't actually on the beach because again, a beach is the one place where attire like that is acceptable.
God, you would have to be crazy to come here to get your rocks off!!! It's the same as the crazy women that shout about being able to see a willy on a grainy ultrasound pic. Perverts will just use the ton of free porn they have access to. They won't be willing to trawl through pages of this nonsense to get themselves off!
