I am waiting for my CHs, so probably in the TWW but we'll know for sure in a day or two. Month 18 TTC, 15 TTCAL. I have my second acupuncture appointment on Thursday - can't wait to go back! Focusing on starting to test for infertility is helping focus my attention elsewhere, rather than thinking about the 7 month old I could have had right now.

GTKY: we have a shortlist of meals that we make regularly. DH does 99% of the cooking, and he is great at improvising so I'll often pick up a meat from the grocery store on my way home and he'll figure something out to do with it. One of our favorite recipes though is one for lime chicken tacos - pulled chicken and beans, lime juice, etc. An easy crock pot meal and so yummy!

On cycle 4 wto cd 17. Last cycle was a decent length at 28 days so I'm hoping that continues and that it means my body is getting back to normal since my miscarriage in may. I'm using the clearblue advanced ovulation kit last month it happened cycle 17 that I got my peak so hoping I will have my peak in the next few days we shall see :)

We don't cook that much but when we do we make a Chinese dish pork spareribs in a black bean sauce and sweet and sour cabbage.

Month 11 TTC, Month 5 TTCAL, but just completed my first real cycle post my D&C at the end of June. Feeling bummed, I temped and used OPKs for the first time this last cycle and everything looked so good. I know even when you get everything right there is only a 20% chance each cycle, but it would have been perfect for us timing wise, ah well! Currently on cycle day 2. My temps haven't dropped below cover line yet but I didnt temp last cycle until after AF left town, so not sure when my drop normally occurs. I usually don't have AF symptoms but have some pretty gnarly ones this go around, how kind of AF! Last month ovulated cycle day 23, so will be WTO for a bit.

We definitely have our go to meals. Fajitas and spaghetti bolognaise are probably the most frequent.

@crob5685 I'm sorry last cycle didn't work out. As much as we know the odds, it is hard not to get our hopes up each cycle!

    2. Status:  Month/Cycle: 6/5, CD10 of a Metformin+ Femara 7.5mg cycle.  I go in tomorrow afternoon for my first monitoring u/s this cycle.  I'm hoping for a couple good follicles but not too many!

    3. GTKY: what is one of the most frequently prepared meals in your house?  Tacos.  We just make ground beef with green chiles and taco seasoning for the meat.  Then I stand the taco shells up in a baking dish and put a little cheese in the bottom, then the meat and then a little more cheese and bake them at 400 for 15 minutes.  Then you add your toppings after they bake.  They are so much better than when I used to just put the meat in the shell with cold shredded cheese!

    2. I'm currently benched as well, 20 days post D&C, hoping to TTC after my first cycle. Had my follow up dr appointment last friday and I love my dr. She is so sweet and kind. She said the next time I'm pregnant I can get early ultrasounds and bloodwork, which was a relief to hear her say rather than have to bring it up myself!

    3.  My DH and I are all about spaghetti squash lasagna and trying new recipes on pinterest! We also like skinny chicken parm with roasted zucchini! :) Tonight's menu is sage pork chops with scalloped potatoes and green beans!

    1. Intro: This is my first time in here, TTCAL. I'm Lizzie, and I just MC'd almost a full month ago on Oct 15th.

    2. Status: I guess I would be TTC since August 2015 and MC in October 2015, we were lucky and got a BFP our first time trying. I'm not charting or temping at all now until the next time AF comes - I haven't gotten it yet. Just spoke with the doctor, who said my levels are low enough now it's possible for me to cycle and DH and I are having sex EOD just in case we hit the magical point this month before AF. I got the all clear Monday before Halloween that I'd passed everything naturally and we could try again before I even got AF, so I'm halfheartedly trying - I still have mixed feelings, but DH is very adamant about it. The doctor said it's a high likelihood to get another BFP due to age, health, family history, etc. and DH hangs onto that because he's also a doctor, and trusts other doctors. I don't want to let myself hope that much because I feel confused about what's going on with my cycle as it is and I'm still grieving what was lost.

    3. GTKY: what is one of the most frequently prepared meals in your house? I make chicken, stew and meatloaf a lot. I do a lot of crock pot dinners because I'm in my first stages of nursing school now.

    1. Hi, ladies! I'm new here, have not posted an intro here (sorry!) but I've been participating on TTGP and Miscarriage/Pregnancy Loss (as well as the July '16 board before the MC). I am 6 days post MC. We had a BFP on October 17, lost baby at 6w but we knew at 5.5w. This was our first pregnancy, second cycle TTC.

    2. Status (ex: Months/Cycles TTCAL and WTO or TWW, benched or currently going through a loss): I just stopped bleeding today after 12 days consecutively so I'm glad about that. We're going to take some time off before going back to actively TTC, we'll probably start trying again in February.

    3. GTKY: what is one of the most frequently prepared meals in your house? It varies :) I love cooking so we go through phases. Right now, I'm making a lot of risotto and yummy fatty things like that. This obviously can't last but I've been having zero will power since we got the news of our loss.

It's November, and I'm still picking a few veggies. The warm fall weather makes the heat of Alabama summers worth it! :)

Hi my name is Sara . I'm 30 and married two years to my husband . I'm a therapist at a partial day mental health program for children and adolescents. I have an awesome fur baby rescue pup that I love .

We got a BFP our first cycle found out September 16. Had a d And c for blighted ovum October 15. Currently trying for BFP after what I think was a very light period . Or ovulation . Confused on that as doc didn't track levels.

I usually get home too late to cook but when I do I love using the vegetti to make zucchini pasta with sautéed tomatoe sauce and Parmesan cheese with a little mozzarella broiled on top in a casserole dish . So filling and it almost makes me not miss pasta !
