    Cycle Status: Had beta this morning, but I already know it's a BFN. Took two hpt's over the weekend (both negative), and I feel AF coming on - I'm crampy as hell. I'll probably get it later today or tomorrow. :( When I go in again for my baseline I will probably ask my RE what she thinks about increasing the Clomid to 100mg, and maybe trying a back-to-back IUI. We'll try IUI one or two more times, and then will likely move on to IVF in January or February when my new insurance kicks in. I turn 43 tomorrow, and it's starting to really crush me emotionally. I thought I'd be okay, be able to keep positive, but all I can do today is cry. Struggling to keep it together at work... I feel like a dried up old bat, and starting to really lose hope. This sucks so much.

    QOTW: big, oversized sweaters. I also love big, thick shawls. I have two favorites that I crocheted myself.

    QOTW: i can't live without my uggs too!!!!! hubby used to make so much fun of me wearing them, since southern CA is so "cold" and all. until i got him some Ugg slippers and he quickly shut the trap. ;)

    IVF #2.2 May 2015 - horrible response to micro lupron flare protocol: 3R, 3M, 3F. 3dt of 2 Grade 3 embies. BFFN. 

    BFP #7 (beyond surprised again!) 4/26/16. EDD 1/5/17. beautiful betas!!!! and then near-fatal hemorrhagic corpus luteum. turns out baby was ectopic after all; another lap 5/6 (@24dpo).

    cycle status:  Had my IUI this morning.  Fingers crossed it works this month.  It was the first month that I had more than 1 mature follicle so we shall see.

    @jodee37 why is your cycle useless?
    @ellebelle2384 fingers crossed for you...only a few more days to find out!

    QOTW: I also love uggs and big warm sweaters too!

    @Jodee37 I'm sorry. I'm not sure what you mean by broken eggs but if tubes are an issue is ivf your only option.

    Crappy and very few eggs are our issue. I hope you guys come up with a good game plan. I'm thinking of you

    I started stims for Ivf on Thursday and had my 1st u/s today. I had poor response to the meds, 3 follicles in my right and my left didn't respond at all. And so we canceled this cycle and back onto bc I go until the end of the month. Re wants to start a 2nd cycle on thanksgiving so we'll see. My hope is dwindling...

    @ErikaMG I'm sorry your feeling so down, try and stay positive until you get your beta done...you just never know.

    @Jodee37 - Me too. As it was, it was 4 days late, which is probably due to the progesterone I was taking. Still feeling like this all is probably futile, that I'm just too old... maybe I'll feel a little more optimistic after AF is over. ;)
