So I had awful back labor and pain with my first daughter but it didn't start till about 33 weeks. This one I have an AP and for the last 2 weeks my hips and back have been excruciating. Anyone else? And any tips to relieve the pain besides sitting on hands and knees are MORE than welcome! It's making it really hard to exercise LOL!

One more thing I do, I'm still comfortable on my stomach but have one leg straight and one leg bent. That helps stretch my hips and relieve some pain in my back. I'll usually switch sides after a while to stretch evenly....these are just some things I've noticed help relieve some of my pain.
My physiotherapist said at some point I'll likely need a pregnancy brace. I didn't have a huge bump last time (gained 15 lbs) so that really helped.
I my back issues resolved themselves almost immediately after birth. I breastfed and had some neck/should discomfort until I found a good ergonomic position.
