Brown Discharge

I'm 6 w and 2 d. I've been having brown discharge on and off. It doesn't last long and usually comes on when I'm shopping (speed walking). It sometimes comes with cramps. I went to an ultrasound apt and baby looks healthy (113 beats at 6 w 0 d). However, the baby is lower in uterus than most. Anyone experience this? I also started having a lot of nausea and diarrhea (sorry TMI) today. Also, I noticed the light brown spotting (it's liquidly) sometimes comes after BM. I'll have spotting one day and then not again for 2 days.

    When I had my miscarriage in May I did the same thing when I exercised. But what worried my doc was that the babies heart rate was low just like your baby. I would call the doc.
