New here! Intro (loss mentioned)

I am getting ready to start my first cycle of letrozole in a week or so. I just Finsihed AF. They have me on BC to control my cycle until my day 3 labs come back. I got some of them back already and I've researched and I think they are good. Does anyone know of these are good?
Estradiol was 44.6
LH - 6.1
FSH -4.5

I am very excited and anxious to get started. I was just recently diagnosed with PCOS after having trouble with irregular cycles after a miscarriage at 9.5 weeks last summer.
I am feeling very hopeful because at my consult with my doctor they found 80 follicles on my right ovary and 60 on my left which they said that is the most they had EVER seen. So lots of activity!

Decided against IUI for a couple months and we will try to conceive at home. Hoping to get a BFP the 1st month.
Looking for some positive thoughts and prayers as we get started!

Anyone had good response with letrozole ?

I have PCOS and was also on letrozole for 3 months with IUI. It did help me to ovulate but unfortunately did not allow to conceive. Fortunately, letrozole does not have as much of a negative effect on cervical mucus as clomid, so that's a benefit for at home TI. You might want to add a safe lube like PreSeed to the mix or take mucinex before TI also.

I've heard of many people having a good response with letrozole though, so Fx for you!
