How's everyone feeling at 9 weeks?
Baby has matured from an embryo-Super excited to have an actual fetus this week! My symptoms have majorly subsided, just trying to remain patient until the next OB appt at 12 weeks. Then we can spill the beans to the rest of the world!
Re: Anyone hit the 9 week mark this week?
Are you having any cramping? I am, but no bleeding, so I think it's just my uterus growing.
Also last night I was short of breath, so I laid down, and I could feel my heart pounding like crazy.
Oh and lazy sooooo lazy
Found the heartbeat on Wednesday with the home Doppler...

Also super excited to be closing in on the end of the first tri. Will be a relief. Mostly I feel fortunate that I feel pretty good.
My nausea is pretty bad, but ms for me didn't start until 7 weeks. I have an appointment on Tuesday, I hope I get to see the little bean or at least hear a heartbeat!
I had an ultrasound last week, all good.
I've tried my doppler with no luck yet. I seem to remember getting it at 10 weeks before.
Hangin' in there!

My baby is the size of a delicious olive, lol.
I think I'll appreciate next week's visual, the prune more, because those don't make me want to eat them!
9 weeks today! I had my first appointment w/ a dating ultrasound yesterday which pushed my due date up by a few days.
I haven't thrown up all week and haven't experienced any nausea yet this morning, which is awesome! (As someone who was throwing up every other day between weeks 5 and 8 with constant, all day nausea).
The little guy (girl?) wiggled during the ultrasound, and hearing the heartbeat was almost overwhelming... to actually see that little thing inside me was surreal. I can't wait to see him (her?) again in 10 weeks!
Have you gotten the Doppler yet? It may take 10-15 minutes to find it, if you find it! Don't worry if you can't. :-)
I always start low along the heights of where I imagine my ovaries are - where you would feel cramps. I stay between the two ovaries and move the Doppler extremely slowly in a line between the two ovaries, shifting it in directions pointing from my hip, up toward my stomach, down toward my pubic bone and directed inward. I found mine near my left ovary, with the Doppler pointed centrally.

All worth it though!! Can't wait to hit 12 weeks and have our next ultrasound

The MS hit me from the day I found out I was pregnant (3w 1d). Vomiting multiple times per day, including at work, which is never fun. Finally started diclectin on Monday though which does help, although I still get vomity at times. I can finally keep food down though, horray!
Also I must say, despite their tenderness, I am loving these boobs! Haha.
All my other symptoms show no sign of giving up any time soon, exhaustion, lack of appetite, belching worse than a man, oh the list goes on and on.
I'm still relatively cheerful though, if me being sick means baby gets to be cozy and healthy then so be it!

The nausea that I had in the earlier weeks turned into actual vomiting this week. My boobs aren't as sore but definitely a lot bigger. And finally the blump is getting to the point that I had to go buy some new clothes.
But I'm loving it
