3rd Tri Ultrasound Sharing

I'm not sure if everyone is going to have one during the last trimester, but if your doctor orders one, here's the place to share it! I love to see all our littles!

Here's our baby boy, measuring in the 79th percentile and estimated to be 2lbs 11oz at 28w1d!

Oh how exciting! As someone at the absolute tail end of the month (Jan 31) it's so fun to see people hit these milestones a few weeks ahead of me. I have 3 more weeks til 3rd tri, and then I have to wait all the way to 32 weeks for my next ultrasound, but it'll be cool to see a nearly fully developed baby at that point! (She tells herself, in order to be more patient, haha.)

This was taken at 27 weeks ( right before 3rd trimester) but he's still adorable -- it's a 3d I was so excited to see it instead of the regular u/s

I'm right there with you at the very end of the month. My midwife says they won't order another ultrasound unless they're concerned about something

I might do an elective ultrasound if I get too anxious towards the end

I am 27 weeks & my baby is measuring in the 85th percent tile & three weeks ahead. My next ultrasound is in about 3weeks so we will see!!

Same here! My next U/S is Dec 7. Ugh!!

So sweet! I don't get another ultrasound. My last one was the anatomy scan at 20 weeks but seeing all your pictures makes me realize how big baby is, and I'll be 30 weeks in a few days. Can't wait to see all these babies on the outside. It's getting so real

Here is my little boy at 27 weeks. We get another one at 29 1/2 weeks and every other week until due date because of the fact that he is only measuring in the 17 percentile... They just want to make sure that he doesn't fall below 10 percent

. I love seeing my sweet boy!

We broke down and got the 3D ultrasound this week (I am 28wks3dys) and I am glad we did ... he is a happy little button. He had a grin on his face at least half of the time!!

I'm so jealous.... I probably won't get another (last one at 19 weeks). This makes me sad!

I wasn't supposed to- I was only supposed to have two, but at the anatomy scan baby boy was being stubborn and he wouldn't move so they could see the bottom of his spine (spina bifida) - so they scheduled one for 27wks to see that-- the ultrasound tech was generous enough to let me see his face, and let me see a 3d of him. That's how I got my 3rd, the only way the dr will order another one is if he starts measuring too big/small or if she feels something is wrong.
You can see elect to go somewhere else and pay for it out of pocket.

I think having one 2 is good! Means baby is healthy and growing healthy in there!

I definitely agree! Healthy is good! I just wish I could see little one's face. I hope your baby boy is healthy!

Just left our elective 3D/4D ultrasound - baby was hiding most of the time and asleep the whole time, but we were able to get this pic of his face. Love it! He's got his little hand behind his head lounging! Can't wait to meet him!! 28w3d!

Last u/s was my 18 week anatomy scan. They were going to make me wait til 32 weeks for another but they ended up moving it up to 30 weeks. DH & I will get to see our princess this Friday ♡

Here's my little boy 2 weeks ago at 27 weeks! I get one more ultrasound at 32 weeks with my dr for her to just check his positioning and make sure everything is on track. I'm so excited!

I had an u/s today at 28+4 to check up on a couple things from the anatomy scan. The pictures aren't that great but I did get to see that he has hair already! So fun. All my babies wind up with lots of newborn hair and I love it

I had one done at 27w3d. I also had the glucose test done that day, so he was not giving us very good shots on the screen. His arms and legs were all over the place. :P

@leap_frog, I simply asked the ultrasound tech if they did 4D and she said they did and just flipped a switch, literally on the computer to turn the camera over to that mode. Now, I had asked my OB if they did 4D ultrasounds and he said they do not. I just happened to double check and ask the tech. because of friend of mine has the same doctor and she got some done last year when she was due with her son. No charge for mine and if she had said no, I would have been fine with that. Some places charge money for it, and some offices do not have the equipment for it, so you have to schedule an appointment off site at a different office.

She's just a few days shy of 28 weeks here. Took three separate ultrasounds to complete her anatomy scan because she was being so stubborn. That's my girl, haha!

I'm forever in love with this simple picture of her profile though... those little kissy lips have this mama grinning from ear to ear!

Here's my baby boy at 30 weeks! During the scan he had his toes up his nose! The sonographer had to work hard to try and get him to move!!

Babies lil face this morning (profile) at 30+3. She has her hands up by her face and I think she was sleeping at first! My tech gave her a few good wiggles and she started moving around in there. They say she looks healthy all around but is a bit petite and measuring in the 30th percentile. Can't wait to meet her!!
