Anything Belle rings pretty southern to me. Not a bad thing, but I would probably pick Harper. How many syllables is your last name? I typically like the sound of names that change syllable length, so if it's two syllables that could sway me towards Belle.
I'd usually go with a classic name over a trendy one, but I actually like the sound of Rosalie Harper better. I think they pair nicely together. Rosalie Belle sounds a little childish to me and Rosalie Harper sounds like a name that could grow with her. LOVE Rosalie, by the way.
Thanks for all the input! I'm leaning toward Belle, but I can absolutely see what some of you are saying about it being too cutesy or childish. I love Harper but don't like how trendy it's become.
