White noise or shushing noises from us and a bottle. I don't care who says it's not good to let them fall asleep with a bottle, it works. I like sleeping after a full tummy, so why not him? If the bottle doesn't work, he plays himself to sleep. Our lo has been sleeping through the night since about 3 months, but we are very strict about his bedtime routine.

Adeline is STILL a big fan of having music played before bed/naps. When she was a newborn we'd play Etta James, The Mills Brothers and the like for her...she loved it. It lulled her to sleep every time!
