I like the names Haley, Olivia and Lexi for a girl and Lucas and Matthew for boys, now getting my husband and I on the same page with names is another story!!
For a boy we are looking at an M name: Micah and Mason are my two favorites. For a girl I like Karly or Audrey, my dh likes Mila. My ds is Miles Gregory.
Being from Ireland I can confirm that I know a few Caelums and all pronounce it Kay- lum. It is quite popular there and I do like it. But he may spend his life spelling it out to people or pronouncing it to people.

I like Henry for a boy and Ava for a girl. DH thinks that Henry is an old man's name but I think it's classic and lovely.
