Belly as a table..

So I'm sure we all have done/do this.. Using the bump as a table.. Well my LO gets very grumpy when I do this.. He kicks at whatever I have resting on me and most of the time it falls off of me because he does it so hard. Lol I find it humorous and thought I'd share and ask you ladies what sort of things get a rise out of your LO?

    My little guy hates anything that is resting on my stomach.. Especially when the dog is laying next to him.. He kicks the dog like "go away Wall-E!!" And wall-e just looks so confused lol

    Same here! She especially hates it if the item I'm resting on my belly is closed. It's hilarious!

    My belly hasn't gotten that big. I'm carrying mostly in my back so even at almost 35w my belly isn't big enough to use as a table.

    I can't either, it is not round enough at the top, it would fall directly :/ 
    She will reply to me touching and we can play a bit, but she is quiet with other people. She replies to my husband voice though :)

    Little Turkey loves to kick at its doggy big sister, Kara, when she lays against my belly! She looks up at me sometimes, like, "what is
    Your puppy doing?" She had puppies before we rescued her, so I think she's just waiting for mine to arrive.

    The edge of my desk at work is also a popular target. Baby is definitely aware of anything touching my belly.

    This one has to be my favorite.. Baby kicked him so he laid there and just stared like "ok I lay here" lol dogs are so weird lol

    Oh my, I'm like extra emotional today. The thought of your dog looking at you like that and wondering about your "puppy" made me think of my dog looking at me like that and wondering that, which made me tear up.
    My pup has been extra super cuddly and calm lately. She's taken to sleeping in between my legs or right below me. It's so sweet.
    Lol. As for using my portable table, my baby also likes to push things away. I love it though, it's adorable!

    LO also doesn't like anything pushing on my tummy. I get daily reminders that I'm too close to my desk, lol. When I had my growth scan he kept pushing back on the wand. My cat really isn't into my bump. Although one time when I had really bad nausea she laid by my stomach with her paw on my tummy like "calm down tummy."

    On an unrelated note, DS also seems to think my now outie belly button (former innie here) is a toy.  He always wants to pull up my shirt and push it in to watch it pop back out.  Not ideal by any means and um "ouch!".  I was less than thrilled yesterday when he tried to lift my shirt during the daycare parent/teacher conference so that he could play this game.  At least the teacher and director got a good laugh out of it.  Can I get a little dignity here in the last few weeks before losing it all again during birth???
    DD is the same! She lays on my belly and when baby kicks her she laughs and pushes on my belly! She is also obsessed with pulling up my shirt to get my belly button, and now tries to lift everyone's shirt to see their belly button!
    Oh, and DD also drives her toy cars up and down my belly now, it makes a great hill...

    My 6 year old daughter was sleeping with her head on my bump the other day and brother was kicking so much she moved away. It's already begun.

    Haha I love how silly all our LO are! My cat also loves my bump but my bump doesn't like her! She tries to lay on or snuggle with me every time I sit down and my LO starts going crazy! "Like get this off of me!" Lol

    I don't really use my bump as a table I normally put a pillow on it to eat or whatever. But my cat Kevin lays by baby girl she gets so excited and starts kicking and he just looks at me like what is going on with my little sister! Than when he steps on my stomach she doesn't like that and gets very mad!
