Forgive me if this has been discussed, I can't search from my phone.... My baby is sleeping decently through the night but day time naps are horrendous! She fights to break out of being swaddled, but if I leave her arms out she startles herself awake. Although she sleeps in her crib fine at night, she will only tolerate 10-15 minutes at a time in it during the day. She'll sleep in my arms, in the car seat while we're out, but that's it! She's clearly still tired when she wakes and cries bc if I go in and hold her, or reswaddle and give a pacifier she goes back to sleep, but only for another few minutes before she's crying again and I have to go back in. Any tips on how to help her relax and stay a sleep longer on her own during the day?
