Hi guys, I just found out today that I'm pregnant and my due date will be July 3rd. I currently have 3 1/2 year old twins..wondering if there will be one or two babies this time as my girls were natural fraternal twins

only symptoms I've had so far are sore boobs, peeing alot, wondering if I will be super sick like with my twins?? Eek anyways really excited my husband and I had been trying for 8 months
