1. What is your ideal month to give birth in and why? I really want a July baby. I have zero reason for wanting this other than Summer would make it easier for my school schedule. I just prefer July over May, June, or August.

3. Celebrity crush, boy AND girl. Robert Downing Jr. I could die when I watch Iron man. I have a thing for T Swift as well. Can't help it.

4. If you only got to eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be? Chik fil a. If you have never had this fast food chain, you have never lived

5. Would you rather give up TV or Facebook for life? TV. I have a bit of a FB addiction.

6. What do you do for a living and if it requires a degree, what is your degree in? I teach Sex ed. I travel to different area high schools and middle school teaching HIV, STD, and pregnancy prevention. I love my job. I have my bachelors in Social work and I am currently working on my Masters in Social work.

7. Favorite sports team. Oklahoma Sooners. Boomer Sooner!

1. What is your ideal month to give birth in and why? Not a particular month but I've always wanted a spring baby... But we won't be waiting or prolonging to achieve that.

2. Baby names. Lets hear them.
We have a very long boy list and hardly anything on a girl list. Boy names are Jett, Callan, Rowan, Abram, and Ezra. My almost 4yr old son is Clark.

3. Celebrity crush, boy AND girl. Ehhh, no idea. I'm not big on celebrities and rarely even watch tv/movies.

4. If you only got to eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be? Hmm... I seriously love steamed veggies so I guess I choose that... And then cereal!

5. Would you rather give up TV or Facebook for life? TV.

6. What do you do for a living and if it requires a degree, what is your degree in? I'm a SAHM but also run a small in-home daycare where I care for 4 other children!

7. Favorite sports team: not a sport person.

My son goes to an in home daycare. I think they are the absolute best. How long have you had yours? Do you keep the kids on a specific schedule?

My son goes to an in home daycare. I think they are the absolute best. How long have you had yours? Do you keep the kids on a specific schedule?

I've been doing it for 2 years now and was a nanny before that!!
I do have a schedule that we follow daily! The kids do so much better when they have their routine!

Lol prob more spring bc it would be nice to be able to take walks and be outside. We also have a crazy pup who will need to get her excercise so i have to be able to let her out or i might go crazy lol.

2. Baby names. Lets hear them. I love Max/owen/henry for a boy and i love violet/hazel/claire for a girl.

3. Celebrity crush, boy AND girl. Hmm well gillian anderson is my girl crush for life. There is no guy i can think of off the top of my head right now. Im not big into celebrities.

Mmm i could go for both right now haha.

My account is already deactivated, every few months i log in and see if it still annoys me and it usually does haha. I like instagram.

6. What do you do for a living and if it requires a degree, what is your degree in? right now I work in the subrogation dept at a big car insurance company. My degree is in english. i had hoped to take a year off then go back for library sciences but as i had like 6 friends do that and not get a job in any library-only debt-i ended up just working odd jobs till i started at this company 7 years ago.

7. Favorite sports team. Not a sports fan at all. My husband is from pittsburgh so hes a steelers fan so i know a bit about them by proxy which appalls all the cleveland browns fans around me at work. Personally i really dont care who wins lol

I have a handful of acquaintances who went to school for library studies. That's awesome to have been with a company for so many years! I just started my job this year, I feel like I'm not quite ready to settle down and have a forever job just yet.

1. What is your ideal month to give birth in and why? November/December. My birthday is in December and I always loved having it then. I just love the late fall/winter months and I think it would be so cozy to bring home a baby all bundled up for the winter lol.

I really love my October baby, We just have a TON of Fall birthdays in our family, so I'm hoping to even out the spread of birthday parties.

You job sounds very fast paced. I prefer to constantly be going while at work. I think it helps my days go by much faster.

Newbie alert!

1. What is your ideal month to give birth in and why? I haven't actually given thoughts to an ideal birth month.

2. Baby names. Lets hear them. Oh man. H likes Malachi Tiberious for a boy, and I like Harrison David (but not Harry) and Collin James for a boy. I like Elena Lynn, Abigail Olivia, and Peyton Leigh for a girl. H says he likes everything but Agatha.

My husband LOVES Tampa Bay lightening. He also loves the Bucaneers.

Thanks! It would be Lily-a, nn Lily. It's H's great grandmother's name and, so far, the only girl name we can agree on!

Egg texture isn't the best, but as a vegetarian I really crave protein in the morning. I used to do fake bacon until I learned it's about as healthy as a bag of Doritos. Now I love spicy egg sandwiches and get hangry by 10:00 if that's not my breakfast.

Summer (July/August). I'm a teacher and would love to have the full year off (Yay, Canada!) without having to go back mid-year. Although, I won't be too picky

TV for sure. Facebook keeps me connected with my family and friends far off, much more valuable than TV to me.

Teacher. I have two degrees 4 year Bachelor of Arts (Social Development/Psychology) and a Bachelor of Education (Primary/Junior Level, K-6).

Enjoy watching a lot of sports but don't really have a set team; I am enjoying watching the Blue Jays right now.

Xstatic3333 : That's awesome! It's not often (outside of school/work) I meet many people in the same field! I'm only halfway through my first grad semester so I haven't been able to delve into anything too specific yet. That and my MS is a little unconventional in the sense it's all online so I only have to do a capstone/internship, rather than a full-on thesis. I am, however, doing an internship at a local avian rehabilitation center (it's amazing) and am interested in working more with the owls. 1. What is your ideal month to give birth in and why?

Doesn't really matter to us, maybe not August because there are already so many birthdays in our families in August but whatever it is it is!

2. Baby names. Lets hear them.

I've been stuck on two since even before we were TTC, Zachery for a Boy and Abigail for a girl. Like I said been stuck on these even before I was married so who knows it may change once I actually start looking at names!

3. Celebrity crush, boy AND girl.

Ryan Gosling, of course! My girl crush is Anna Kendrick! I love her haha don't know what it is!

4. If you only got to eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Anything carbs, bread, pasta, whatever I am a total carb-oholic!

5. Would you rather give up TV or Facebook for life?

FB, too much drama!

6. What do you do for a living and if it requires a degree, what is your degree in?

I am an office manager of a small business, I have a degree of science in Psychology. Unfortunately jobs in psychology here are either slim pickings or not safe.

7. Favorite sports team

I love Anna Kendrick! Pitch Perfect is one of my favorite movies. I liked the sequel but as usual you can't beat the first one
My minor is in Psychology. I have a love for helping, but not so much for research which is why I chose the social work route instead.

My Masters was focused on watershed and ecosystem science, with a capstone project on vernal pool insects. H did a full research MS with a thesis. He's into stats and mapping, and did a GIS analysis of otter migration patterns. He worked a few shore bird jobs after graduation, and now is doing mapping work on a forestry project. We're in New England so the jobs are all birds, trees, and water :-)

Are you working anywhere while in school?

Watershed science is some cool stuff; a lot of my ecology classes liked to have us focus on the invertebrates and what they were telling us about the quality of the local stream water. I actually never got to do any GIS work, believe it or not! I've tried to convince our GIS guy at work to show me some stuff but no luck so far. New England is beautiful - which part are you at? My sister lives in NH and I love visiting her! I myself live in Alaska (born and raised), which is why it's so frustrating to me to have difficulty finding anywhere to interact with large mammals, which is what I would really like to study. I'm still working for an environmental consulting and remediation company I've been with for the past 2.5 years. Can't say I'm not looking for greener pastures though....What kind of outreach programs do you do for your work?

Fall. That's more of a season. But it's so pretty and cool outside. Between September and October mostly.

Hunter Ryan and Jazlyn Claire. Not 100% sold on Jazlyn though.

Ashton Kutcher and Dave Franco. YUM. Emma Stone, definitely. And Rachel McAdams.

4. If you only got to eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
KFC. Hands down. Their gravey. I hope mash potatoes doesn't make it turn into to two foods.

Tv. I'm a Facebook addict. Sad but ture.

CNA. Took classes at my career center.

Alaska! Very cool. Consulting is good jobs; I actually looked for that first after grad school and couldn't find any. I know it can really depend on the firm you're with, though. I'd definitely try to take a GIS class as part of your program! I know some places do offer them online. It's not too hard to do the basic map making.

We are in RI. It's very beautiful here, but in a different way from NH. We have a gorgeous coastline.

The outreach programs I run fall into two basic categories: 1) water quality outreach in schools, 2) adult workshop based outreach for farm and forest land owners. I like my job! The grant management parts can become stressful sometimes, however.

@skyjewell23 I love psychology, always have! I was originally going for a biopsychology degree to do research but quickly learned that calc and advanced chem weren't my strong suits. I had a minor in biology though as that has also always been a great passion of mine, especially genetics. I really wanted to do research but there are not that many jobs in that field. I thought about doing social work but I am not sure I would be able to handle it, I give kudos to you for being able to be in social work, I have friends who are and I know some days can be a challenge but the help your bring to others is truly amazing.

I saw that you do outreach as well which is very rewarding! I was in an outreach internship in my college, we were educators on mental health and wellness. It was an eye opening experience and one that definitely changes your outlook on mental illnesses and how to maintain better mental health.

My job is very good though so I cannot complain, and will work very well with family life when we have children which is important. I still love psychology and read research articles on my spare time though! Very awesome to meet someone else with a passion for psychology!

@lillylover27 (I'm new to this tag thing so lets see if this works) Thank you! I adore my work and I can't imagine doing anything else. Once I'm finished with my masters I'm not sure where i'll go. I love the agency I work for now and they offer a ton of flexibility with hours and kids. I've always wanted to do something on more of a national level though, maybe even overseas? I kind of want to break into politics. That's the beauty in this field it can take me anywhere.

I love biology, specifically genetics as well. I've never done much with it other than read anything I can get my hands on. I wish I was more research oriented. Anything to do with the brain fascinates me. We are such cool creatures.

@skyjewell23 That is true the field of psychology is so diverse you can really go anywhere with it, from medicine to as you said politics! I always play around with the idea of going back for my masters but I am not too sure, still have time though I am only 25 after all! I honestly think more people should take a couple classes in psychology or it should be a requirement. You honestly learn so much about who we are as humans and the thing that sets us apart from other livings things, our minds. I think it would make the world more sensitive on a whole, and plus I mean who doesn't wonder how it all works?!?

Whatever you decide to do after your master I wish you the best of luck! I see that you are looking to TTC #2 soon as well, congrats on that too! I hope it goes well for you!

1. What is your ideal month to give birth in and why? I'm good with any month except May, June, or November. We already have SO MANY birthdays those months between family and friends.

2. Baby names. Lets hear them. DD is named Taylor Paige and if we have another girl I have no idea what we will choose. I haven't even thought about it. If we had/have a boy I liked Liam James (and James would be after DH's middle name) but my SIL named her son with the same middle name so I don't want to use it. Normally it wouldn't be a big deal but DD has an older cousin named Taylor and I just can't do that to another kid!

3. Celebrity crush, boy AND girl. Taylor Hanson, Jared Leto, Ian Somerhalder. Kat Dennings, Angelina Jolie.

1. What is your ideal month to give birth in and why? April or June. They are far enough away from Christmas from the gift giving end of things (this mattered to me when I was a kid, don't know why). Also no one else in my family has a birthday in these months. Many other months are really crowded in my family. Also, I wouldn't have to be big an pregnant through the heat of summer.
