I love the name Ginevra for a girl so much!! I think Ginny for short is really cute.. but it seems a lot of people hate the name If I have a girl, I really want to name her that.
PS: I like the name James a lot, but it's also my dad's name :P
Yeah, shouting "Albus Severus! You get back here right this instant!" sounds weird even in the HP world, so it definitely wouldn't fly amoungst muggles.
Update: my son started saying "Baby brother should be Toby" I think after Toby from Thomas the Tank Engine (I always say how Toby is my favorite train). So I looked it up and Tobias Snape was Severus's father (his middle name was also Tobias) and Tobias Stump was a professor (depicted in a painting playing Wizard's Chess) and Head of Gryffindor at one point so I'll take it!
I like Bellatrix (as a Latin nerd, I've always loved it, as it just means "warrior woman"). But between her being evil in HP and the shortened form being too Twilighty, it's now off the table, sadly.
I'm still watching it! The seventh movies are on again today. And I LOVE Teddy for a boy, sadly DH disagrees. He's trying to talk me into something he considers "macho" like Thor or Bear.
I think it's adorable, but would the kid hate it? What about Dean? DH likes that one better and it has a Gilmore Girls tie - in as well. It's at the top of my list.
