As people on this forum frequently point out (and rightly so): cycles are normal until they're not.
Unless you're temping to confirm that you ovulated when you think you did you don't really know you're late yet. It's fairly common for anovulatory cycles to be longer. And sometimes cycles are just longer with no real reason except our bodies aren't clocks/calendars.
If you think you may be pregnant and you suspect you tested too early (although that sounds doubtful) I'd suggest testing again. If it is still negative you can safely assume you are not pregnant at this time. Sorry and better luck next time.
Also, as @Lulucooks pointed out, it is against the TOU on this forum to make a post asking if you're pregnant. There is simply no way any of us could know that.

You're probably not pregnant but you can always ask for a blood test from your doctor if you think otherwise. I didn't have AF for 52 days last cycle and I had several negative tests and I'm not pregnant. Sometimes you may not ovulate or ovulate later than usual, like PP said. We don't know if you're pregnant anymore than you do, which is why we ask people not to post these kind of questions.

Nope. Please don't ask your doctor for a blood test. If you go 60 days without a period or a positive pregnancy test, THEN call your doctor.
You're not "late". You either 1. ovulated later than normal and you're still in your luteal phase or 2. have not ovulated yet. Unless you're temping you don't know which one of these is the case. Keep POAS as much as you'd like but we can't tell you anything other than that.

@kcolly32 please please don't encourage people with negative tests to get bloodwork. Please. That's a waste of doctor's time and resources. C'mon please.
@PrimRoseMama sorry I was just giving advice that my doctor had me do when I was several weeks late with negative urine tests. It was negative obviously but i think this helped put my mind at ease because it was a sure thing instead of constantly POAS.

The thing is, @kcolly32, is that if you've got negative tests, you likely will have a negative beta given the sensitivity of HPTs nowadays. So, if you have continued negative HPTs, a blood test at the doctor's office won't tell you anything different.
@crdo I understand that, my doctor suggested the test, not me, and it was helpful is all I'm saying.
Apples and oranges. She's only 10 days late, and didn't provide sufficient information to suggest this is a viable option at this time. May have ovulated late, etc etc etc
@kcolly32, a 52 day cycle had to be very frustrating, and I can imagine it really messed with your emotions, having such a long cycle with repeated negatives.
However, recommending someone go to their doctor for a blood test when they have negative HPTs after being a few days late isn't truly helpful since waiting an extra couple of days for a home test would tell them exactly the same thing, with likely the same accuracy as the blood test, but would not take up the doctor's time and resources needlessly, as others have stated.

You are the second person today who has advocated this course of action. I understand limbo and POAS sucks, but "putting your mind at ease" can get to be expensive if a lot of people do it.
@PrimRoseMama ok I get it, like I said my doctor wanted me to get a blood test. Not my idea, but it did help. I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket nor see her physically so I guess that's why she recommended this. Obviously I won't be mentioning this again.

Before this gets closed, because it will, I just wanted to join in too and recommend you wait a few days and test again. That is all you can do, there is nothing we can do for you and nothing we can see inside your uterus. Sorry.
Lurk more if you plan on sticking around, it's against the rules to ask if you're pregnant. Don't. And implying it is still against the rules.

Omg why are there so many of these today! There must be something in the water that's making women magically pregnant even though the HPT and all other evidence are telling them different. I would love to help u but My uterus goggles are currently broken-- test again in a couple days
Negative test means not pregnant. HcG doubles every 2-3 days, test again then if you still haven't gotten AF. If you go 60 days with no period, call your doctor. Also, read the damn intro posts. Seriously.
I've been trying for 7+ months & had 3 "late" cycles where my period was 10 & one 20 day "late" but all my tests were negative & then what do ya know? AF showed up. Testa usually don't lie. You're not pregnant.
