To be added to the Weekly Checkin, please answer the following:

2. What is your diagnosis?
3. What is your current treatment plan?
Question of the Week: What is your DH or SO's favorite meal? When last have they eaten it?
Re: TTTC Checkin - 10/12/2015
I have been letting this fertility business get in the way of my schooling (I went back to college online to get my teaching degree). I am back on track and will focus on this while waiting on Dr appts. I want to have this career to 1-show our future kids to never give up on dreams and 2- to have summers and weekends off!!
My wife loves parmesean crusted chicken. We haven't had it in FOREVER! I got sick of it bc we were having it all the time. And it is a little more effort than I have wanted to put forth lately. I haven't been in the mood to cook anything in months, but I think I will make it in the next two weeks thanks to the inspiration!!
RE DX for me: Anovulatory cycles/Mild PCOS RE DX for DW: Endometrioma on left Ovary.
Reciprocal Ivf Feb 2016. DW eggs and I am carrying. EDD: 10/27/16
I wanted to add that it was my second IUI. Maybe my stats and DX will help others ease their minds. I have low follicle counts, less than half what a 34yr old should have. This cycle we did
Clomid (100mg) cd3-cd7
Novarel (10,000 units)
IUI (18hrs after trigger)
I hope others out there continue to not lose hope. I tried to tell myself each cycle that our baby just wasn't ready yet, that and our parents in heaven were spoiling them rotten.
I know each of you will get the BFP and I can't wait to keep up with you all. Not many can understand what our board goes through. Baby Dust to all.
QOTW: his late mother's pasta. We made it two days after the IUI.
**previous loss mentioned**
DH loves chicken Alfredo - in particular Cajun chicken pasta from red lobster. This past Labor Day would have been our EDD from our first loss and we spent the day together doing things we love to get out of the house, and we had red lobster for lunch.
**End mention**

Edited: I always forget to answer the QOTW! My DH's favorite meal is chicken and dumplings. I last made it about 2 weeks ago when we had cooler weather, which is basically highs in the upper 70s where I live! I'm just waiting for it to cool down again, and I will make a large pot for him again!! It's quickly becoming one of my favorites too!

*******BFP warning******
This cycle my temps were all over the place like my normal anovulatory cycles so I stopped temping and OPKs and focused on starting clomid the next cycle. My husband travels a lot and we were convinced that IUI would be our only option, as the last couple times I did have confirmed O he was traveling. He'd been in Europe for two weeks and got home Friday. I had him come home with a test because I'd been feeling horribly nauseous the past week. We got our very first BFP at a little over our 1.5 year mark. I have no clue how things lined up so well but with all his trips we were able to figure out when conception was, since we only had two windows in 50 days where it could have happened
I have my fingers crossed for you guys. Crazy things happen and don't give up hope.

How long have you been TTC? 3 years in November. He is 36 and I am 32.
What is your diagnosis? My husband has a minor vercosis, which is thought to cause the low sperm morphology numbrs we have seen. I have a had high prolactin levels, just this cycle my RE put me on meds to lower it. By my post IUI blood work it had dropped into normal levels.
3. What is your current treatment plan? We are currently in the 2ww after 2nd IUI. Clomid CD3-7, ovidrel trigger, progesterone supps 2x daily starting 1dpiui, 1/2 of the prolactin reducer (forgot name) twice weekly.
We hpt on wednesday, which will be 14 dpiui.
Question of the Week: What is your DH or SO's favorite meal? When last have they eaten it? Meat loaf and brussel sprouts. I wont lie, my recipe is awesome. We last had it a month or two ago, it is not really a summer food.

3/22/16 - Sono Saline ultrasound cyst to be aspirated on 4/1/16 if not cleared up by 3/29 US - It cleared on its own
Retrieval 3/4/16 - 26 eggs retrieved, 23 mature, 20 fertilized, 14 embryos currently frozen
Starting IVF Stims on +/- Feb 22, 2016
HSG scheduled for 1-26-16 - All clear "beautiful uterus" (though inverted)
Switched clinics and now prepping for IVF in February / March
Trying to conceive since November 2012
Second year was active ttc using OPKS and apps.
Still no joy.
I think that my BC is still interfering with my cycles as they have been as short as ten days and as long as 38 days.
I have yet to receive a diagnosis as because I'm only 22 my doctor is refusing to take me seriously.
I am planning to use OPKS again and try temping as it will at least indicate ovulation.
I think its unfair that we a have been discriminated against just because we are young.
I will request to see a different doctor and ask if they will refer me.
Thank you again x

I understand (sort of). We are a lesbian couple and could never seem to get help. I was having 80+ day cycles and no one considered it infertility. We were just any lesbian couple wanting a baby so Noone wanted to find out WHY I want ovulating. I finally found a RE that sees we have an issue. Keep your head up, I have been where you are knowing you need help but unable to get it.
Oh my goodness those are long cycles!
It's crazy how people think there has to be a certain criteria to fall under to receive treatment!
Thank you so much for your lively comment
Qotw: Favorite is steak and lobster. I made it for him about two weeks ago.
Words of encouragement, anyone?
History:
Cycle 1 Clomid (50mg): Monitored with 17mm follicle ovulated on my own - BFN
Cylcle 2 Clomid (50mg): July - August 20 - Monitored with 22mm follicle - HCG Trigger shot - AF arrived DPO 24
Cycle 3 Clomid (100mg): Monitored with 26mm - no trigger - AF arrived DPO 13
I had to endure 3 Pap smears in as many months, had to have STI and STD tests too. All because of my irregular bleeding. I have been with my partner for five years so I too was concerned as to where I would have gotten it. All clear though.
I am more frustrated at the fact that they fail to see an issue, I mean, before I got the DEPO I could have told you the very hour I would get my period, bang on time from I was 14.
Thank you though, a lot of people think 22 is very young. Considering I have my own home and I am more than ready for a child I think my age is irrelevant.
Thank you!

Well I'm nearing the end of another failed IUI cycle. I had a bfn on 12 and 13dpiui. Was supposed to get my beta today but work got in the way. I stopped crinone last night so hoping AF comes sooner rather than later.
This was a particularly rough bfn for me. This was an all injectibles month and I actually produced two mature follicles for the first time ever (every other time I have only produced one). I thought we had excellent timing for both TI and IUI but looking back, I am worried that I ovulated earlier.
I am pretty much done with my RE. I am doing one more IUI cycle (probably with injectibles) and then taking a break and switching REs. I want to enjoy the holidays and not obsess about TTC.
QOTW: we both love a really good steak. Although I would love to be a vegetarian for ethical purposes, there is no way I could not eat meat. It's too yummy.
QOTW: Anything Italian! Can't think of the last "cheat meal" we've had since we are both on weight watchers.
Edited to answer QOTW

Mine is steak. Rare with salad and Asparasgus. Its been a few months!!
Hubbys is tacos. We had that last week.
Dhs favorite meal that I make is meatloaf. I hate making it because it's so involved. Meatloaf mushroom sauce mashed potatoes. Lol. So many pots!!
Anywho, I just got the dreaded AF on Saturday night after my TWW. Went o dr today, follies looking good, no cysts this month. Now I just need to go fill my letrezole and ovidrel prescriptions.
One more cycle, one more round of meds!
My fiancé's favorite meal is definitely homemade enchiladas with Mexican red rice. I make them both pretty darn well, and he gets REALLY excited when I do. It reminds him of his childhood, and me too, he's Mexican and I'm half. The last time I made it was about a month ago, it's a lot of work because I have to make enough for a small army!
Past Treatment: Clomid + Metformin x 3 BFN
Letrozole 5 mg + Trigger shot + IUI = BFP!
Beta confirmed 8/22
EDD 5/1/17
I am on month 17 TTC. Had a blood test last week for the reaction to gluten that indicates Celiac. I was diagnosed with Celiac 5 years ago but with our infertility wanted to know if I still have gluten in my system or maybe haven't healed yet. So this is probably an indication that my body has been healing, but I don't have my follow up appointment until November 5th so we'll see what they say.
DH's favorite meal is probably pasties, which his mother makes in huge batches so whenever we go to visit, we come home with a cooler full. He has run out now, so it has been a while since he had one. We'll refill the freezer after Thanksgiving! If you aren't sure what a pasty is, here is a good explanation: https://www.upper-peninsula-now.com/pasties.html
