Baby Girl Name Suggestions!!

So my husband and I are expecting a girl in February. He really likes the name Juliana, but I can't seem to find a middle name that works. Also what's your opinions on using Joey as a nickname? I love using boy names for girls so I thought it would be something different and I have a sister named Julie that we call Jules so I need something different.

Juliana is pretty. Joey isn't my style, but not awful. The baby names board may be better suited for this and will get a lot more traffic.

I'm probably not much help because I hate the male names for females trend...but I'd advise a one syllable MN, as Juliana is a longer first name. Definitely try the baby names board.

Lots of people use nicknames. I don't see anything wrong with her wanting a quick, informal name to call her.

Because Joey as a given name in general isn't good let alone a girl. As a nickname it's fine.

I might bring this over to the Baby Names forum where that's the specialty over there. With that said, I think the name is pretty, but the nn Joey wouldn't come to mind. I think names that have that "jo" sound work better like Joann, Joelle, Josephine, etc.

Juliana is pretty, but I agree Joey isn't the first nickname that would come to mind. The nice thing about nicknames is that you don't have to give them a nickname based off of their name.
