I've been calling LO little dude since we found out he was a boy. That didn't change when he was born a month ago lol. Also gets called grunt/grunty/grunts alot, etc.. I've never heard a baby grunt as much as he does lol
When I was pregnant we called her Nellie. There is a local store here called Nellie and Bean and my older girls love it so we nicknamed her that to call her something. Her real name is Brienne so we call her Brie Brie now
He was "Bean" in the womb, and now he's "Stinker", "Smush", or "Snuggle" (short for snuggle bug). I do still occasionally call him "Bean" though--it brings back happy memories of just the two of us growing together!
We started calling DD Buddito in the hospital because she looked like a burrito in her swaddle, that got shortened to Budeetz. Also Bedelia, because it rhymes with her name (Cordelia.) DH and I are weird )
Her nicknames are: Lily Lily-kins My little Grunt Grunt (which I came up with accidentally when I was chattering away to her during week 1. DH hasn't let me forget it). Senorita Pobrecita (DH calls her this)
We call her a lot of names haha. I call her mama or mom(idk why it just came out and stuck) Em sand baby. My husband calls her Baba. My mom calls her cookie. No one else has given her names yet, but at the rate we are going I don't think she'll ever know her real name haha.
When dd1 first saw a picture of my ultrasound (at 10 weeks) she said "so it's just that little Peep in there? " and the nickname sick. We were unsure on her name until after she was born and we still call her Peep Her name is Brynn.
LATELY.. the new nickname is "the grenade" as DH and I pass him back and forth like a hot potato when it comes to his witching hours where we try a bunch of methods for his fussy time.
