As long as they aren't accompanied by bleeding and or a rush of clear watery discharge this is perfectly normal. If you are cramping, sit down, elevate your feet and drink lots of water
Just rest when they start. As long as your belly is staying soft and if it is getting hard then as long as it's not happening more then about five times a hour your alright. Alot of times when I get cramps it has to do with over exerting my self or not drinking enough water... Other times it's went I notice I'm going through a bump growth spurt and its just stretching pains.
