This one is very unpopular. I don't like nail polish, , hair dyes, and makeup that are not natural or nude colors. I'm a plain Jane. Some people can pull it off but not me. I stick to my same routine boringness. Lol

I like a lot of things pumpkin but I think pumpkin spice lattes are disgusting.

I bought roasted pumpkin seeds at trader joes this week and was super disappointed when I got home and realized they were "pumpkin flavored". Why?

  • @kris10mac - I've tried to watch it, but the acting is terrible.

@daisytortilla - I'll agree with you on the makeup.

I know this is probably really unpopular but The Walking Dead....I don't get it. I can't even begin to bring myself to want to watch a show about zombies. No desire whatsoever to see what all the fuss is about.
I felt this way until the 4th season.  Then DH and I decided to watch a few episodes because my family are all fans.  We binge watched the first three seasons.  Now we have Sunday dinners with my parents when new episodes are playing.

Candy that isn't chocolate is meaninngless. I'm talking to you, Starbursts, jelly beans, Swedish fish. You all suck.

Never, I love chewy candy! My teeth probably hate me haha.

    -----quote fail-----

Ha! Don't even get me started on Skittles and Twizzlers.

Oh no. Sugar is good. Chocolatey or fruity. I've been craving chewy runts like crazy but have no idea if they still make them. H also has an unhealthy obsession with swedish fish.

I personally don't like all the "princess" type projections in little girls' clothing, and I avoid a lot of outfits like that. DD still has some pink, though, some ruffle butt infant clothes, etc. My UO is that I think people who get all vocal and up in arms about "my DD will NEVER wear clothes like that", "I HATE pink for girls", "I hate that girl clothes are pink/frilly", "I will never let my LO wear pink", etc really do no one, including their children, any favors. It just borders back into judging the parents or kids that DO like that kind of stuff. What if your DD loves that? What of another parent loves it? Why can't kids just be kids without people judging what they're wearing. Who cares?
I used to be very anti-pink and anti-girl, but then I had a girl and I didn't understand where all my anger was coming from. I still don't put her in clothes with phrases on it, but admittedly I am a sucker for things with sparkles or hearts.
  • I'm not a fan of character clothes or pajamas or "diva" "princess" so I rarely got them for dd- she did have a cute curious George shirt when she was a baby though. But now she's older and she loves them so she has some. I still don't love them but I've learned to deal
  • I was so picky with DDs clothes at first. I didn't want anything too frilly, pink, etc. As time has gone on I have lightened up and realize pink is a part of her wardrobe and it's cute! Also, with PJs... Who cares! She has like 3 pairs of Elmo PJs that she seriously LOVES. They make her happy to wear them and that makes me happy.
  • On the topic of clothes for little boys, I feel like there is NOTHING. I went looking at target and they had some cute stuff, but 75-80% of the section was little girl stuff. The only "outfits" they did have were sweatpants. Like that's all fine and dandy for lounging around the house, but if we go out I'd like my child to not look like its wearing pj's. I guess I'm trying to say all I've been finding is really casual lounge wear. I'm looking for so much more! Where do people on Pinterest find their stuff!?!
I don't like Target's clothing section, it is just a dump. Maybe just my Target but trying to find size or items I'd like LO to wear is useless I've decided. And don't get me started on their "clearance" rack of 30% off. That's not clearance! I think I'll be doing a lot of Gap for my boy.

I'm planning on buying quite a bit at H&M.

  • I second H&M @paytonpedro! Really cute stuff!
  • Chipotle- not impressed.
Candy- give me alllll the gummy savers, bottlecaps and Reese's cups!!!
Girls clothing- I'm not a frilly person, but I can't say that won't change if I ever have a girl. Because ruffle butt outfits :x
Boys clothing- I think I'm going to channel @AdventureMama with this LO because oh my gosh her sons wardrobe is the best!! I think she mentioned a lot of H&M too.
Hats for style- I have two obnoxious wide brim hats (think horse racing hats) that I purchased while drunk and LOVE so much! I always say I'm going to wear them at the beach and never do.

My UO: I don't really like the "hipster" style for men - however, that is exactly how I dress my son, I think it's cute on little boys but not full grown men. Beards are OK (my husband would look ridic. with one though) and the man bun, no thank you!
    man bun causes premature balding!

I just don't really like long hair on men in general - my husband had long hair when we started dating and I hated it!

Same. He agreed to cut it before meeting my mom;)

  • I also dislike long hair on men with the exception of Aragorn in LOTR. Mmmm, yes please. I had to look up the actor and do not like his shorter hair!

They will have PLENTY of judgment in their adult and young adult years. It doesn't need to start now.

I hate over dressing girls in pink. I'm very coal about asking for my limitations with kids, but I don't think badly on parents that do. I don't like having to look at it all the time personally. I also don't like how hard it is to find clothes that aren't princess or girly. Today at target I saw a onsie (pink of course) with a tutu attached that said "already waiting on Prince Charming" I don't like that, some parents may and that's okay, but personally I'm not up for that and I want my family to know that we Kindly ask the same of them. I try to always make sure others know like it's okay if you want to, but please don't talk to me that way or get my daughter those things. We have a ton of hand me down pinks and already feel overwhelmed. It's crazy if you ask me! (I mean society's decision that girl = pink tutu frilly princesses) The baby can't see the colors, I can!
