Bromelain
- Reduces inflammation in the body, including in the uterus. It is
also a mild blood thinner which some believe can aid in implantation.
- Bonus: It is also used for preventing muscle soreness after intense exercise.
- Can be found in 1 cup of Pineapple, most predominately in the core of the fruit.
The benefits of blood thinners (in moderation, of course) during those months of “trying” is that they drive blood to the uterus, encouraging sticky embryos and reducing the chances of miscarriage. The fact that bromelain also functions as an anti-inflammatory means that it has promising benefits for your immune system, possibly preventing implantation issues which can be common for women who have inflammatory conditions.Cut up a whole pineapple, cut the core into 5 pieces and eat once piece daily starting the day after ovulation/IUI/IVF transfer
If you don’t have a fresh core, eat one cup of pineapple meat a day once a day starting the day after ovulation/IUI/IVF transfer. - See more at: https://www.fertilityafter40.com/does-eating-pineapple-with-bromelain-help-with-implantation-during-pregnancy.html#sthash.B2Cg1FMK.dpuf

How many DPO are you today and when will you test?
3DPIUI at least 12dpiui
Are you testing out of the trigger (if applicable)?
No... I don't really see any reason too..
Are you having a beta or doing home tests?
Doing a HPT dr. Said I can do one on 10/10 and I'm going to try my best to hold out until that day... But I for sure won't test before 10/8 if I decide to cheat and do it early.
GTKY: Tell me something you have done differently this cycle to try and KTFU!!!
Well first off IUI was a big step this time for us our first time with that! I also did pineapple & core (thanks for the idea all that mentioned it already)
Keeping positive and low stress
To help me stay calm and focused.
I started doing lavender on my pillow at night and on my temples and doing mediation, I try 2 times a day but if I don't get a mid day one in I do it before I go to sleep. I do it with calming nature sound music and just talk to myself and keep clam, positive and focused... I feel like it has helped... At least it's helped ME...
Thanks for starting @erica0901!!
Wishing everyone lots of luck!

How many DPO are you today and when will you test?
8dpiui/10dpt
Are you testing out of the trigger (if applicable)?
No - I did last IUI so I know it takes about 12dpt to exit my system.
Are you having a beta or doing home tests?
HPT - supposed to test 10/10 & 10/12 and call my docs office with results. If it's a BFP either day then I go in for a BETA. Now, with that said, I will most likely cave and start testing on 10/7 - 12dpiui and test daily after that until AF arrives or BFP.
GTKY: Tell me something you have done differently this cycle to try and KTFU!!!
This time we BD'ed once a day for the first 4 days post IUI to try to have better coverage in the rare case I ovulated later that expected. (My docs office doesn't do post IUI tests to confirm ovulation.). Last time we only did the day after IUI and then my hubs had to leave out of town for work.
