Other hyperemesis gravidarum moms?

Oh man. I was sick the whole time with DS and this pregnancy is turning out to be worse than last time. Who else can't keep anything down at all? I have petechaie around both eyes where I'm breaking capillaries. Anyone else get a HG diagnosis already?

    I did with my son and all last week it was puke central. This week seems a little better so I don't think it is HG. Can you at least stay hydrated? Popsicles, Pedialyte, and hard candies helped me last time. I did have to spend a weekend in the hospital for fluids, but thankfully it did subside after about 10 weeks. Sending healthy, vomit-free thoughts your way!

    Thanks. I kept nothing down until after 3pm today. I get a bit of a reprieve in the evenings and then it's eating time.

    I was sick the whole time with my daughter and my son. It hasn't started yet as I'm only 4 weeks and it usually kicks in around week 6-7 for me, but I'm DREADING this! I'm just praying that maybe I'll get to skip the whole all day/all pregnancy sickness this time around since I've paid my dues! ;)

    Yes I've been to the ER twice in the past week for severe dehydration because I can't even keep water down. On my check out sheet the diagnosis said hyperemesis gravidarum

    Rough weekend for me. I had all day/night sickness last week and didn't think too much of it. It's my first child and I thought this is supposed to happen it's a good thing. This weekend I couldn't keep anything down. Water included. When blood started coming up I knew it was time to call the doctor. They got me right in yesterday. 5 hours and 2 bags of fluids later they let me leave. They were still concerned about my ketone levels so I have to go back in a week. For those of you that have had this and continue to have children you are truly remarkable women!

    I had HG last pregnancy and thought I was in the clear. But after last night I'm not so sure. The only big difference is along with constant vomitting (even just water) I am also having (TMI warning!) explosive diarrhea. This didn't happen last time so I am thinking maybe it is just a virus and not HG. I actually called out of work, which I never do, and will call my MD if the vomitting gets worse, but anyone else have diarrhea?

    I woke up this morning with some major queasiness and I'm only 5w1d. I guess I should take it as a good sign for the pregnancy but I'm not looking forward to the throwing up. Keeping my fingers crossed it isn't as bad this time!
