@naarnold I am sorry for you loss. I get what you mean, I am terrified of that if I am pregnant with twins. I can't imagine how heartbroken you are, while also being happy about the little one that made it.

@happymonkeys I am so sorry about your hyperemesis. I have friends that had that with their pregnancies. I am nauseous every day but only peuk in the morning. I can't imagine how you function. The Niner game was horrible, such a joke. Definitely put DH in a bad mood. Hopefully the next game is better @naarnold & @krbjoy I am so sorry about the ur losses. That is my biggest worry when I have my u/s. Was there any signs ahead of time that one of the babies wasn't thriving? So happy that everything is ok with your second beans. @MKLEWIS2010 Constipation sucks!! I have tried increasing my fiber. I now eat fiber one cereals in am and bars for snack, eat prunes, take stool softener and now that my OHSS is better I have increased my water so that helps. I've tried herbal stuff but the smell and taste make me sick. Hopefully I get regular again for my second trimester. I live in a beautiful place, SF Bay Area about 1hr south of SF on the coast. Santa Cruz, ca. So beautiful yet take the ocean for granted, haven't been to the beach all year.
@MelenaZ No, for me there wasn't any sign. One week there was two, the next u/s just an empty sac. I didn't even spot until a few days after I found out. Kinda glad it happened that way because I expected the spotting. Otherwise I would have been shocked and totally freaked out.

At our first ultrasound we had two heartbeats. Our second ultrasound,two weeks later, we only had one heartbeat. They said that the sac would slowly collapse on itself and be reabsorbed. I have not had any bleeding.
A few days before our second ultrasound I started to feel a little bit better. I had been having terrible morning sickness and non stop hiccup/burps and they slowed down, so I kind of wondered. But, my morning sickness and "running piglet" (hiccup/ burps) has come back with a vengence this week, so I would not rely on the ebb and flow of symptoms as the sole indicator of how things are going.
