I've never heard this pronounced. Just from looking at it I'd assume its like the word 'blithe' (I was blithely unaware how to say this). Bl-eye-th (same the sound as in 'the')

Bly rhymes with ply. Like plywood. Then "th" as in ten"th" only a little softer.
